This took me forever to finish. If it didn't drag so much / the episodes weren't so long then this would have been much more enjoyable and I would have given it a higher score. Typical lakorn with a crazy plot, overacting, and a bunch of screaming and slapping- I had fun for the most part. (dramacool)
One of the very few k-dramas that doesn't become a mess/ drag- this is the real deal! The story managed to stay intricate and interesting throughout which personally shocked me. The vast amount of k-dramas I watch tend to be HIGHLY praised but then you watch them and you're left scratching your head as to why you wasted you time on such trash- this is not that. If you're like me and you've become a bit jaded because of the mdl scoring system, then do not worry when I say this drama is worth your time. I HIGHLY recommend this one. (kissasian)
The music was beautiful... and that's really the only nice thing I can say about this drama, I am honestly shocked that women wrote this- it's a shame. What starts off as a decent thriller spirals into a contrived soliloquy of the male excellence as they grow older. I knew the writing was weak pretty early on when it seemed that anytime the women in this drama faced any trouble, they wrote it that they had tried to commit suicide- dafuq?! I ended up finishing it only to see how it would end and surprise surprise I was not surprised at the crappy ending. I started this because of the recommendations that this was like SKY Castle, The World of the Married, and Penthouse- this is not that. So if that is why you are watching- don't. Save yourself the time and needless frustration and watch ANYTHING else. (dramacool)
I miss f(x) (RIP Sulli) but I am LOVING Victoria as an actress! She was shaky at first but now it seems like she is really getting the hang of it. YOU GO GIRL!!
I feel like Japanese romance dramas are all stemming from infidelity. Not that I have a problem with that but the storylines are repetitive. This drama itself was stale to me. While watching I was reminded of Hirugao (which is not in the recommendations- weird). Im not saying to watch this as it was alright but I didn't really connect/ care for the characters in the end. (dramacool)
This season was more disappointing than the first BUT was better than Bad Romance for sure. I honestly watch this for Max X Tul because there really is no actual plot. (dramacool)
Ah yes, Japan and their weird but touching movies. I feel like more could have been done/ they could have made this a real serious movie, but they kept it light while portraying a serious issue. Watching this just made me miss Maki as an actress because she is just so talented- such a shame. (gooddrama)
Not a movie for everyone that's for sure. The killer ended up not being the person who I originally thought but at the same time it was someone that was kinda obvious. The twist at the end was unexpected but I really liked it. (gooddrama)
This gets a rare 10/10 from me. I watched the remake without much knowledge of the story and was disappointed. But I watch this and I am wowed away. The way that they present it in a story-teller/ actual movie is amazing (I'm sure I've seen other movies presented in this way but can't recall them at the moment) and was done so seamlessly. Again this languished on my ptw list for years because I was put off by the low rating but again I am duped by the shitty mdl rating system. This easily should be a 8/9 rated movie but unfortunately it's not. If that is putting you off then don't make the mistake I made and watch this. You won't be disappointed. (youtube)
Adorable, funny, heart-warming I loved it. This literally surprised me as I had low expectations for it. I was trying to hold it in but I ended up crying at the end... ugh damn these feelings. I don't understand the rating on mdl as this does not deserve the low score. Totally recommend this one. (dramacool)
When a movie is told from the perspective of a "crazy" person, the plot will be hard to follow. I finished this with more questions than answers and it's kinda frustrating. I love that the movie had flawed characters; people are not perfect and seeing them portrayed in the media all the time can be annoying. The theme is very mature so if sex scenes and infidelity make you uncomfortable then just stay away from this one. (youtube)
Not bad but in some weird way I felt it was superficial. I've seen this subject matter with kids and their grueling attempt of being the top of their class to get into a top university, but this fell flat for me. They could have fleshed out the different kids backgrounds, or how the group started, maybe we could have seen more of the adults, etc. There is just so much I think could have been explored and they decided not to. The movie is still worth watching I guess for the message. (dramanice)
Thank you and you're welcome ^_^

Logan is bae and Soo Ryun is a badass.
Thank you for coming to my TED talk
This was just weird to be weird- no real plot and the acting was meh
