To each their own. I like to make my own opinions after watching. And totally agree that there’s gender bias.…
The Japanese just love f-ed up kids huh? lol I saw that and Liverleaf and if the kids aren't screwing and doing drugs then they are killing people and hiding bodies X-D (gotta love it)
I think it would have done better if the student was in high school and not junior high. At 15 and 25, its not really the gap but the ages are too severe with the kid being so young. Majo worked because the kid was 17 and nearly an adult (plus the acting and story were on point). I think people are more "ok" with an older male/ younger female because they see it as the man taking care of her and guiding her. It's a double standard and I don't agree with it.
BTW I don't know about the rest of the world but there are so many cases of teachers sleeping with kids here in the States that it's almost become the norm -_- Older female teacher- ok; little jail time/ maybe a fine (have yet to hear of any having to register a sex offender) but older male teacher- pedophile/ locked in jail/ registered sex offender
Came across this while looking for something to watch on a lazy Saturday afternoon- lol smh I can't tell you what I even watched but it was entertaining. Has a mature tag for a reason so don't watch this if you're prudish -_- (kissasian)
I went in thinking it was a young girl who falls in love with her teacher lol boy was I wrong. So a lady falls for a kid- this isn't really new but I still liked more so this way than with an older male teacher. The progression and subtle atmosphere- quintessential J-drama. I would def recommend this in a heartbeat. If you are a heavy k-drama watcher, you might not like this so just skip it. (kissasian)
Sci-fi dramas are not really my thing but this one changed that. I absolutely loved this! The story, the acting, and the music by Sting <3. Since it was made in 2000 it has that cool millennium vibe going on and reminds me of my childhood :-) I highly recommend this one. (dramacool)
Went in with low expectations but this turned out to be really pleasant to watch. It was funny, sweet and cute BUT it had no kissing... bruh -_- Do NOT present your audience with a rom/com and not give us kissing! (dramacool)
This is not a horror- I don't get why it has this tag.
This is a great action movie but there really is no story-line. How did they come to be? Was Kei born like that? What about his parents? He's a demi but his sister isn't. So many questions but no answers. I hate it when live action movies just skip the vital information and just assume the watcher has read the manga- some of us haven't and need the back story to fully understand what is going on. The acting is on point and so are the visuals/ cgi but unless you've read the manga or just love action movies, I would say skip it. (kissasian)
BITCH!!! YOU LYING!!!!Are they fa real?!!! AAAAAHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I'm fan-girling so hard here lolCurrently…
Also just realized that ChengCheng and Taner's baby will be played by Chen lol I was hoping for that so we can continue to see his amazingly cute face.
Can't lie, this one took me a while to warm up to. Legit it wasn't until epi 9 that I was like I have to keep going! MUST NOT STOP UNTIL IT'S FINISHED! The acting with this one... BRUH! The people you love- you love, the people you hate- can they die already?! After finishing this (couple minutes ago) I just want o know when is season 2 gonna air? (netflix)
Just like with season 1, don't take the plot too seriously and just enjoy the costumes, sets, pretty boys, and the amount of kissing going on :-D Can't wait for season 3!! (kissasian)
There will never be a happy ending in these types of situations -_- I've seen other movies with this kind of plot and they were better than this.(kissasian)
Dark and disturbing lol This movie was messed up and I enjoyed it BUT that doesn't mean that it was good. If you enjoy violence, sex, drug usage, dead bodies and no pesky adult supervision- then this is for you X-D The cast is amazing but the story itself is convoluted, at least to me. (kissaisan)

Tired of these... but I'm still gonna watch it cause they tend to always be good
btw there is a hint of boylove (bittersweet)
