C-dramas are usually dubbed by dubbing artist, the actors themselves, or some shows just get it done during filming. It's mainly done cause everyone speaks in some regional dialect so everyone has a different accent. And to the average non-chinese speaker it doesn't sound weird but to a chinese audience it does. So tv shows and movies get dubbed over to make sure that all dialogues are in standard mandarin

I just watched ep 11 and tbh Haoyi got on my nerves with all his yelling especially with the whole "weiwei is mine" like dude no that irritated me and he was so clouded by his possessiveness that he can't see what he did was wrong with the coming to the office to surprise propose

Despite everything clique in the plot line of the show, the whole experience of watching this is very different. For the past 9 years, I really tried not to watch this series just because I thought it would be all anticlimactic and shitty. I just finished this drama and everything everyone has said about is so not something you should listen to. Take a chance and watch it because it is an experience you should go through yourself. Don't get me wrong, it is not life changing or anything like that for me. But the story reels you in and you realize it at 4 am when you're on the 34th episode balling your eyes out. It is definitely melodramatic and depressing but it isn't the show you skip through. Usually, that is what I end up doing in most shows because of bad acting, or characterization, or the plot is just all over the place. And those few, no plenty, sad scene don't overshadow the few minutes of happiness in each episode. Other than that there is just something about the story that is profound in an emotional way. All the misunderstanding, the love, and the sincerity, it was all just too real. It was one of the few shows that have done character development well and at a steady pace. But ther is only so much that can said without spoiling it. It took me 9 years to watch this drama and I truly regret not watching it sooner.

I am not a Victoria fan but I can say that I liked her acting a lot more in this show than any other one. And Johnny is so hot and he can act.

From the beginning it was good. But my one worry is that the drama isn't completed yet so I hope that it doesn't get a horrible ending.
