I wasn't bothered to write such a long post since some people are clearly biased and it would be a waste of time to try and convince them but at least I see more and more sane people coming along.
Like you said.... I'm just confused and angry with people who are just negatively judging this drama for nothing. It seriously gets on my nerves.... this drama honestly doesn't deserve this much hate in fact (in my opinion) in drama should be loved and popular for being interesting and unique in its own way

it's honestly pretty good especially for people into the vampire genre.... but if ur not then yea it won't be good i guess.
still have no idea why people think the acting is shit.... I just see it as any other drama's acting.... plus who are we to judge others when we don't act ourselves...

Yea, I know VP isn't meant to be romantic but I'm someone that just looks for romance so even abit would do but there was absolutely none, which was one of the biggest down points for me.
Oh biology student, I guess thats the reason for your dislike then. For me that totally didn't concern me a bit, didn't even notice that to begin with. Too interested in the whole plot line to care. I guess thats why.

Even though this totally exceeded my expectations and had me totally hooked. I respect the fact that everyone have their own tastes.
However this drama is different from other medical/vampire dramas since its a unique combination of both, which i have never seen before.
Although I personally totally love the whole vampire theme and I always longed for a drama like this.
Saying that can you just enlighten me on the other vampire dramas you've seen since from what i know there isn't much. The only other one i've seen is vampire prosecutor... which was good but was too short and not enough romance included for my liking.
I don't why everyone is bashing this honestly, because this show is actually really good and I don't have a problem…

OMG I'm totally with you for this... I honestly love vampire stories so I've wanted a good vampire drama.... not that vampire prosecutor wasn't good but it was too short and didn't have enough romance. This drama so far has everything i longed for in a vampire drama... its just so awesome and i'm so hooked...
I honestly don't see anything wrong with the female lead, i mean acting like that is just as her character needs and im sure later she will warm up to us as they reveal more of her character. As for the acting i mean who are we to honestly judge her since we can't act ourselves.... i think people should just watch her with a open mind and don't be too critical.

legit didn't think the wolves scene was that bad as many people are saying below...
i like the new approach to vampire as it being a virus.... so excited for whats gonna happen next....

Will i be confused, meaning i need to watch season 1 or can i just watch this straightaway?
