i seriously can't get over this drama.. this is the type of romance that i really long for. like give them this…
Yesss!! Do you have any other similar drama recommendation where there is no "I died for you even though i know you will hate yourself for it" sort of plotline?
It's not just the FL's voice that is just so so so irritating but her acting was also really poor. A 20 yr old character with the voice of a whiny 7 yr old kid. Whyyy? Also her smiles and resting face just looked so awkward idk why. Had it been ANY other actress then this series would have been much better.
Everytime she speaks I want to drop the drama but am still here for Wan Yi. He was wonderful in Are You The One but maybe it's the character, he does not shine as much here. But I'm only halfway through so let's see until the end.
MAN OH MAN!! I pretty much agree with you but I could only tolerate watching the first 4/5 eps so I can't say…
Sky Prapai was defo better (comparatively) but after 2-3 eps the cringe lines struck again and it went downhil from there.
Peat's acting was indeed promising in PayuRain story but didn't really stood out to me as much as he should have in the second half. In fact I rather found Fort much better than I expected.
There was so much buildup for Sky's backstory but don't know why it kinda felt flat to me, even with the heavy message it was supposed to carry. You could watch it for a good laugh (at the dialogues) but I would say have no expectations. Like none at all.
"SECOND HAND EMBARRASSMENT". This should have been the summary for the show.
The dialogues look like they're written by a 6th grader and the plot by a 7th one. The lines were cringe while the sex scenes cringier and acting was ... marginally good (except Rain. No offense to his fans but the dude made me wanna fast forward all his scenes ... which i pretty much did).
Watched the whole show at 2 times speed and it was still a complete waste of time. Man oh man, CutiePie, KinnPorsche were so much better.
This article was sooo point that I have no words rn. I especially agree with your opinion about Eternal Love. I tried a total of 3 times to watch this drama because of all the hype it was getting but i just couldn't get into it. Something about the plot and acting was just not 'inviting'. And "Yang Mi Is The Goddess Of Wuxia Dramas" "Chinese Dramas Have The Best Cinematography" ... *rapid head nods*
