I'm confused with the last part where the group of kids recognizes hyeonji dad so it means there is another another place like the village? Or did I miss out anything in the episode. Interested in the arc how duon village exist in the first place and who truly rules it.
Do hae yi (han jinhyun) with that long curly hairstyles reminds me of Kim go eun from cheese in the trap and at certain angle she looks like Kim go Eun too. Loving han ji hyun bubbly character in this drama very refreshing!!
I know this is like early stage of hufei in his teenage yrs but I which there was more interaction between miao renfeng and hu fei fighting side by side of course the fight scene in here is incredible like really love it!! I'm glad the romance side is very subtle. But I hope Cheng lingsu won't die like if she does than there won't be anymore the best king poison
Really disappointed in them replacing her in fox spirit matchmaker! (Was looking forward to this drama mainly cause of her. yang mi is great I like her but just want to see bingyan in every of her drama small or big) But my biggest concern is will china eventually cancel her out Abt the tax issue its seems the cnetizen is unhappy that denglun and fangbingbing is being cancel but not bingyan. I thought her tax issue has been cleared up that it's not her fault! I am waiting patiently for her drama love ever fails and emperor's love pls don't disappoint us :(

So that tianyi nor tingyao will have weakness cause they are each other weakness. Just my wild imagination ✌️
Okay didn't expect that the ending gonna be that way but kinda expected it when I saw the trailer but I can't complain cause it's a short series and actually for me this short series is pretty good. I did enjoy it so much and was anticipating every episode. Not sure what's up with cwriters or director when it comes to ending doesn't matter long/short ep they just bad at wrapping up a drama ending.
But I do want to say it could have been better if 5yrs later tianyi is still alive recuperating secretly somewhere and guiding his wife to lead the army instead. TBH he only got a gunshot near the shoulder and stab at the shoulder and leg I think he can still be save cause his soldiers did came to rescue right Abt just he got shot so a timely rescue to send him to a doctor could be done.
Abt the FL got rape I find the scene where tianyi said she dm even so that happen to her was so sweet of him! They could have avoid this scene if his right hand man had told him earlier Abt tingyao secretly investigating yuze. Or even better FL could have just kicked yuze in the groin and escape!
But all in all this is still an enjoyable watch cause I gain new fav cast list FL and ML (especially dai gao zheng) to look forward too in their future project. Still deserve a solid 8/8.1 rating for short series as they manage to captivate my attention :)

Couldn't agree more sometimes in life we just need to watch something brainless like we need smth juicy and edgy to spice up our day without cracking our brains what's gonna happen next. Life is already hard enough so we need more of this kind of short series entertaining yet juicy. But of course ML and FL need to be attractive to hook us in 🤭
For a mini production this is pretty good! It got me invested even better than the ones with long ep cause sometimes we just want them get to the point and not beat Ard the bush so much and dragging unnecessary plot just to get to the main plot. This drama nail it by giving us what we want ML abs yes, FL stupidity yes, villain yes, rich lady swap place with your stepsister yes, smart/domineering ML yes. If this is gonna be open ending high chance there's season 2 but I hope it's HE!

Couldn't agree more! Especially when china emphasis on their culture all the more they should dress her in stunning qipao. Why they can dress tianyi fiancee and dong yaner in a beautiful qipao why not the FL. I am looking forward to ep 23 onwards her wardrobe will be better #hopeful
I have one rant FL dress could have been better is not ugly but it's not good either like it's not doing justice to the FL beauty. Her wardrobe could have been better. Fang tianyi fiancee dress (qipao) looks so much better and more presentable. I mean if this is during the republican era t could have been better! And when is the FL getting rid of her bangs she look much better without it looks mature and more demure. I know it's a short production I shouldn't be complaining but just saying guys.
I really hate mini dramas too but I think why they makes it a mini dramas instead of a movie so it gets more click…
