Im not a fan of detective/ investigative/ crime thriller dramas 😩 Im too impatient.. Watching those genres makes me anxious which takes away the fun then I eventually drop the drama.. And I've never watched The Truth Within, but I love Luo YunXi.. So im gonna suck it up and watch Shadow Punisher

Spoil me I have watched only one episode so far.. Been busy, is LiSi the 4th prince bcos it looks and feels like it.. ?

Lou Yunxi really loves these genres.. This has that Whispers of Fate vibe

As much as this drama was a flop.. But I really enjoyed Xie Shus character I dont care.. 😂😂 What a lovable villain, not bcos he wasnt bad but the way he carried his character.. Omg! That man can act..

Duuuude she really disappointed me..

What a forgettable drama.. Just finished it but I feel nothing, I feel no attachment to the FL whatsoever.. Did Zhou Ye really underperform or her character was dull bcos of the script?I don't even know what to say.. But Im truly disappointed.. She had one facial expression the whole drama like girl, show some emotions here and there.. Whats the deal? Maybe Im crucifying her for no reason and the script wanted to portray her as a cold and alopf.. And wait what was the "horse taming" direction were they giving her? This had so many plot holes.. Some arcs were quickly forgotten halfway and when yoy think about it.. They did nothinh for the plot from the 1st place.. I just have alot to vent about, im soooo angry bcos I had so much expectations for this drama.. 😔

Wait didnt yall say Du Xiao Jie was coming back to face off with Lanxiang?

I caught that, he said his mother didnt kill her mother at will.. Implying she might have been instigated or something.. And I believe he meant his father

You're right there's a much bigger conspiracy than just an inner court war between concubines and Xie Shu is the master puppet of the whole show.. Hes using and playing all the women in that heart, they're are his sword and they dont even realise it that they're his pawn pieces..

Am I the only one who feel like Qingyuan moms death is not that simple? It has politics written all over it... She might have known something, heard r saw something she shouldn't have.. And the order to get rid of her was made by a higher up, and Xie Shu didnt hasitate and Im sure they promised him wealth and power, or even a high rank initially they thought forcing her out the Xie Family would be enough and then later changed their minds and decided to kill her and Shen Run's family might've also be dragged into the conspiracy as well and Lord Wei is aware too..

Yan Rui is turning into a simp.. Why tf is he acting like that its only been 9 episodes and his already a lovesick puppy.. And the way hes doing it, is not even cute.. Hes just forcing himself into her and the FL also keeps being an ass

Omg I just dropped ep 9 bcos wtf do you mean this apparently so "ruthless, calculative, cold" ML is busy being a simp.. And trying to please a FL thats not interested in him even one bit 😩 I am soooo annoyed

They literally trying to turn him to a puppy always following her around..

Im not talking about the whole MoLi plot Im talking about a fraction of the plot where she went back to her family to seek revenge for her family.. That was an interesting arc in that story, the pretending to be possessed, haunted house, and how she dealt with her family was more interesting than what Qingyuan is doing

What are you talking about ? What are you saying? Please dont mistake my comment for hating Zhou Ye.. I love her! Im just not feeling her character in this drama.. Not because she cant act but because the writing of this character is not something I was expecting since it a revenge drama.. But please dont drag me in your hate for Zhou Ye.. You can love Zhao Liying without dragging another acrress down, Zhou Ye is young and you're a troll!

I dont know hey! but I don't find the FL that smart or cunning.. Shes just so so.. Im not really feeling her methods for revenge, it's too toned down.. The First Jasmine had a slight similar revenge plot where A'Li wanted to avenge her mom, and I enjoyed that more and it wasn't even the whole plot point.. It was just a fraction of it, but it was more explosive than what Yunya is doing.. The ruthlessness that should be in her eyes is not there.. Im having a really hard time warming up to this.. But I've missed Xu Kai so much Im gonna stick it out and watch it.

I Am thoroughly satisfied with this ending .. I was smiling and crying all at the same time! Like my emotions were all over the place with this one and Im gonna miss this.. I havent cried watching a mordern cdrama in a while and I barely watch mordern cdrama but I must say.. This one really came thru and saved my mordern cdrama slump.. A 10 hands down, i mean what a sexy drama, what a sexy man.. Jing Boran was the devil and I was worshipping that man every damn day 😩❤️

This is exactly my chat...

Anywho the ending for our leads was beautiful.. Love it for them..

Finally finished it.. But Im not happy with how Yu Guodong died 😩 I wanted him to be imprisoned and his reputation ruined while he was still alive, his death was too easy for him.. He did so many horrible things to be let with just a mere death..
