It's not extremely unrealistic that she didn't share it to her sister(though she made me frustrated) There are ppl like that in real world. This drama's main focus is not romance. It's not a romcom. I'm very satisfied with the ending of everyone. They all have find their way, a reason to keep going.Maybe this drama is not for you.

You are ignorant about mental health. This drama is actually relatable. Some people can't even come out of their room due to their anxiety. Thats their coping mechanism. Havent you heard of agarophobia? It's a real thing. You sound unintelligible and do educate on mental health disorders.
