I see what you mean. Even I was annoyed with the ML in that drama but that's not the fault of the actor lol. It's the fault of the writing or directing. The actor is only doing his job by playing the character he was assigned to. That's the same lead in Shen Li if I'm not mistaken and other great works so he's a great actor. It's just that the writing didn't present him well.
It's like these people who blame Seven for some of Ji Xing actions in ABAY.... which we all know isn't her fault as she's just playing a character. That's why I felt compelled to defend that ML actor lol.. although he annoyed me in Master of my own to the point that I dropped it 😅😅😅. Not his or Seven 's fault.
