So he definitely knows that she can speak as he saw the clip. The reason that in the preview she wasn’t speaking could be that she might not have gotten caught speaking on the phone or she might have made her way out of it and he obvi is waiting for her to reveal it first that she can talk. If that makes sense?😅 idk how to explain it very well sryyy
