Can someone explain why the stepmother hates Jiang Li so much? Aren’t the other two sisters also stepdaughters…
JR is her bio daughter while JY is her niece (daughter of the concubine's son - the third son of Jiang family). so, JL is the only step daughter she ever had.
so far, the plot and the acting (main characters are good). not a heavy drama but it still has its own tearjerking moments. how ever, i do fear for Weng Yue. Please...
this is giving me so much secondhand embarrassment aghhhhh i'm glad the sister got scolded for her actions, girly…
i do agree with you. in reality, people do act like both ML and FL. and the way SML act after finding out the whole crush thing also make sense. the characters are all flawed in some ways, their actions do annoyed me at times, but for me, it's still acceptable.
pick up because of Seung Ah during the 60+ episode, stay for the ML and my suddenly thirst for makjang drama. keke. haven't watch any daily drama as long as this one before and lesson learned. my heart and my mind do not ready for last minute hero/heroin victory after all those pain, stupid decisions and so many bad luck upon the leads.
yes, supposed to be a remake of The Gentlemen Dignity (Korea). so far, there in not any big changes on the plot and the character setting. age, job and a few other details they do change make this drama for me a lot more easier to watch than the original one.
after 8 episode, I do love the friendship between the FL and the ML. rarely to see such kind of relationship develop or blossom into a love one. i hope, even after confessing their love to each other, they can still have those best friends moments. neither look dumb or silly or gave any red flag in the way they interact and treat each other. like this version better than the original one.
i'm familiar with most cast, esp the two villains. the same villains from A Familiar Stranger (another great short drama). but this time, the just simply are mean and greedy person to the core. as for the ml, he always on point emotions well portrayed. and for the fl, she did a great work as this is her first lead role. it's a sad ending, but i do hope to see a glimpse of them in the future as the fl did promise to love ml again. overall, a great executed drama if you consider the running time, budget and the casts.
I'm gonna ask u to watch My siblings romance, haha if u want to 👀, I think u will luv it
watch a snippet of it, but still considering if i'm ready for another drama. haha. even for drama, i skip most of those heavy melodrama. if and only if, i'm ready for another roller coaster of emotions, i'll take your suggestion. got to prepare my heart first. hehe
i'm not gonna invest my emotion and time ever again for another dating show. haha. DH got me into this because from the short clip in YT, she look so sweet, yet know how to be fun and make a great friends too. i love all her interaction with other cast exc DJ. not until 19th and 20th episode, their interaction seems to be hard for DH. so, i'm glad she move on and at the same time not put all her hope in CJ. she probably the most matured one out of the cast especially towards the latter episode. glad that most of the cast still hangout together but then i screamed looking at one of the picture. the casts, not all of them inc the exes were in one frame. haha
DH is a very nice person. DJ is very firm on his decision and it is better for DH . If DJ ever choose to rekindle their relationship, it will be more because of pity or for the sake of old memories and feelings I think. So, they certainly have to walk on different path now or they will end up hating each other. Clinging to someone who's not in love with you anymore, will only end up as a nightmare. Out of all the exes, I can only see YJ and CJ as the end game. Simply because they both still have feeling left for each other and they seem to know their own feeling rather than being confuse by it. As for MH and SJ, they might choose each other but if they do want their relationship to work out this time, both have to compromise in terms of their personality and be a bit more understanding. SK should stay away from JW until she sort out her feeling and ready to be more honest. I just hope, everyone find their own happy ending either alone, with their ex with someone new.
they change the FL's strong headed friends to ML's friend. They change SML into an annoying character, being clingy and not matured at all. Other characters too. It surely become another typical Thai drama.
Everybody, just find someone else outside the show. Start a new relationship fresh and without your ex being there all the time just go confuse you feelings more and more. aside from DH, I feel like the other exes are not being that supportive towards their ex's potential lover. at this point, I just want to fast forward to the final episode. haha
Man what a headache this ep and the preview! Here goes my fav couple dhxcj both are so obsessed with going back…
DJ do irk me by they way he's behaving esp in ep 14. He goes all gentleman, nice with other woman, but the way he talk to DH is plain rude, either in front of everyone or when it just the two of them. As for CJ X DH, i do get best friends vibes from them. not that romantic but they seem comfortable with each other compare to the other casts there. For me, happy ending can also happen if you can find your best friend here, or finally come to peace with your feeling towards your ex. So for DH, I do wish her they best, her own happy ending. With or without a partner.
the fl is fierce, strong headed but not to the point of being rude and savage to everyone. the ml is a big arrogant but still has the clumsy side to him. the 2nd couple seem to have their own individual background story. It's no a perfect drama but I do find myself to watch the newest ep it as soon as i come home.
Seems like Guy is the only not red pill male character in here. Disgusting and how much do you wanna the writers…
I do feel the same. Feel like the other male characters at the college are giving bad qualities aside from Guy and Mimi's friend. Yes, the director or the script writer might want to highlight Guy as the most decent and suitable man for Liu but it's too much to the point of making other men trash.
