I think, we should start to treat FBC and GA only share the same idea or theme rather than plot. so far, I enjoy FBC as much as GA as both drama have their own strengths and weaknesses. I like how all the main leads from both version are being brought to life. Less drama for FBC, but a rather fast pace while for GA, I did get tired at times from all the dramas but then the emotion potrayed really hit me.
FBC is a better remake than A Love So Beautiful, for me.
I think in the OG the character is more nuanced. Here is more like black and white.Like in the OG, aside that…
Yes. For the OG, I kind of take my time try to understand from her POV (which I still didn't understand why so and so, hah). But trust me, such character like in this version, do exist. It just rare. So I feel pity towards ML so much and his dad words of affirmation 'it' s not your fault' really hit me.
In this version, it seems easier to hate SH's mom. She really display her hatred to SH without trying to be cunning or manipulative or playing the victim's card. everytime she appeared, my blood automatically rises.
how I wish there will be some kind of different scene for DH and ME.
BTW, the main leads really show their weakness, their flaws, something that rarely found in other kdrama. it does make me annoyed at times, but then, it feel more real this way.
been there and unfortunately, still here. Feeling afraid of what the future lies in front because of your illness. It's easy for other to say not to think about it, but then, most of the time, we can't control our mind. enjoying the happy moment, but then, just a hint of the symptom can make your mind start to think of all the negative outcome. over and over again, each time, the future you think of is getting worst and worst and worst. arghh.
both SR and her ex are acting like other normal human being. being a caretaker is difficult. you always has to put the patient's interest and well being first before yourself. but then, being a patient is also hard. you wish you can control all your negative emotions and thoughts but most of the time, you are not in good place to start with. no one at fault here. things happen, we make mistakes, we try to attone them, try our best everyday, yet life happen the way ethier we hope for or the other way.
In reality, problems do happen one by one. but in a drama, they should limit the problems or issues. viewers can get exhausted while watching it if things keep on piling up, one by one without any resolutions. spouse, parents, sibling, love, carrier, dream, illness, everything seems to be no end.

....and the plot twist after that. bwahahahaha

BTW the FL looks like a mix of Baby Soul and Sujeong of Lovelyz
