I don't think Miharu is in love with Shu. She is just insecure because her husband is literally the perfect husband. Even if she married Asahi to have an ideal family, I believe she truly loves him.
Honestly though, EVERYONE by now should know that Shu loves Miharu.. it is so obvious.
I honestly think Shu is starting to like Akiha, but he doesn't understand what love means. That is how I feel. Treating Akiha like a friend but he never did that with Miharu is weird. He is too friendly with Akiha even at home, he doesn't treat her like that for the public eye, so it it his true feelings.
That how I see it so far.. I am not rooting for Shu and Miharu at all, even if she gets a divorce. I hope they don't move the plot in that direction..
