I agree that Sohee behavior shouldn't be excused but I think Namgoong has been crushing on her for a while and is blinded by that affection. I think Namgoong being at the karaoke was important for one reason, he said "wow Shinwoo must like you a lot because he never does this and he's trying so hard to make you laugh". I think this puts Tae in the right mind of thinking to see Shinwoo's sincerity (the reason he doesn't ask Shinwoo why he's being nice) and helps him read between the lines of those text messages (wow he's been thinking of me this whole time).

Since these previews are so misleading at times, I am hoping when he says "I wonder what Daon is doing" is because Daon is suddenly trying to make an effort towards Tae but it's confusing to him because he's trying to move on. So he's asking it like "What in the world is he doing? Why now? What's the point?" or maybe Daon stops being a people pleaser and makes Tae wonder what's going on.

I think the real pain is going to come when we finally see the painting Daon has been carrying around that Tae asked him to make in an earlier episode. I think that is going to reveal his true feelings before the rumors happened. I think drawing was the only honesty Daon ever showed (referring to that family portrait he got the award for that looked depressing) so I think that drawing/painting is going to be a pain train when it's revealed.
