I think bo geul is indeed kiho and he ran away from home to her mother (in ep 1 his father mentioned about his mother while beating him) and then he changed his name. Also the quote "if you want anything wholeheartedly" kiho's mother said that to him, and here too bo geul and wok haa's mother says the same thing. BG and WK are half siblings. It's just an assumption tho 😭😭
