I think changing the ending to an already really loved story may upset novel readers. As the series is doing very well since it follows the novel pretty closely. But I wouldn't mind if they give us Easter eggs and alternative endings with each male leads. That would have been nice.

I honestly feel shelving a whole series cause of the actions of a supporting actor is really unfair. He is not the main character so probably wouldn't have that much screen time anyways. I think this whole blacklist is getting too extreme. I feel like production companies should start putting in the contract that actors and actress need to be scandal free until series airs, like a time limit though. So this protect both the actors and company from being sued.

Hi, yes. There will be a season 2. The drama had to be split to 2 parts due to China airing regulations, but they already filmed it. I heard it just waiting to pass approval/ censorship.

I was the same, but at the same time the drama is so well done not to see it. Since we know what will happen at least it make prepping for those scenes easier. It is worth watching, just prepare your heart before hitting play. I have to say that both ZWY and TJC actors did a great job. I never knew about ZWY until this drama.
