OK. I have to admit .. the premise of 'forecasting weather' as a backdrop .... appeared sleep worthy. That being said, I'm a huge fan of PMY ... so my thoughts 'ok I'll give it a try'.. yeah I'm hooked already! Her chemistry with Song ... did not see that coming.. WOW .. pleasant surprise. AND Park Yoon is one sexy man, even as a jerk character. Great writing/acting when weather can reel you in! Can't wait for future episodes!
Where have I been. I just watched his movie Sing and dam. 1. The man has an amazing voice. 2. Not bad acting chops. 3. Ok he's FINE as all get out! I'll search for other productions he has been in. Does anyone know if he has been in any recent productions? Is his band still active?
I've taken the time to read the comments/reactions so far posted in regards to Love (ft. Marriage and Divorce) and I've decided my thought process maybe wired in such a different manner. As I'm watching this dramedy (yes believe it or not .. for me .. it's a drama/comedy) I'm struck with the feeling that all these characters live within their internal beliefs and ideas of what love, marriage and commitment means to them. Not what others believe, but in their inner most mind, what they believe for themselves. Let me clarify first, I am in no way condoning infidelity. Once you decide to commit to a person, part of the importance of a healthy relationship is that both parties are well aware of their expectations as well as understanding boundaries for that relation to thrive. The take away for me, so far ... is that we sometimes lose sight that we all have our OWN internal perceptions of the expectations of what love, marriage, commitment means. Even if you know a person, and know them very well .. the reality is that you are NOT that person. It's hard enough knowing ourselves much less have an all access pass to 100% knowledge of another human being. People develop via so many aspects, influences and experiences in their lives. No two people on this planet are 100% identical but the one aspect I believe we can agree upon is that each person brings to the table their the aspects the choose to share as well as things they hide (right or wrong). We are all perfectly messed up humans that bring alone all the experiences that have shaped us and strangely things we think we have thrown away yet quietly follow us. Most of us search for love, yearn for understanding and finding a connection.
amandamerald, I think I fell for him at 'hello'. It also helps that he looks a bit like my BF.. just the 43 yr old version .. so I can just close my eyes and image. Is that considered cheating?! HAHAHA Now Jun --> my BF gives me dirty looks when I gush at him when he is on the screen. WHAAAAA!! He truly is visually stunning and the best part is his acting is incredible at his age. I believe Song Wei Long will go very far in his career. Very talented. :)
Xetroxon, thank you very much for your suggestion. Found the show and now I've added it to my up next watch list! We are truly a family of fans! Much luvs!!
I've been a hardcore K-Drama addict for many years and decided I needed to spread my wings and watch different dramas from other countries. There are just too many talented people out there to limit myself. Wow so glad I made the leap! I had no idea what I have been missing!! "Find Yourself" was in my Netflix suggestion box so I'm currently watching this cute, lighthearted (what I would term romp-com) and I'm truly enjoying the series. The natural chemistry between actors Song Wei Long and Victoria Song make this such a fun ride and a great get-away from all the Covid craziness. I'm really enjoying this. Both are now officially on my absolutely need to 'watch' list. Both very talented and frankly visually beautiful. I wish them continued success in their craft and much happiness in their lives! Just add other fan to your list. :)
Let me say this is the first time, in a very long time, that I have been so emotionally invested in a drama from episode 1. Amazing on many levels. Award winning acting from the leads Kim Soo Hyun, Seo Ye Ji and major shout out to Oh Jung Se! The plot, theme, script is brilliant, The subject matter is what drew me in. From a personal perspective, as a person who has dealt with childhood trauma, this drama hit a nerve. Waiting with bates breath for the upcoming episodes! BRAVO!

Personally, in my opinion, in order to provide an complete evaluation, one should take the time needed to watch the entire series. I'm an old lady but I still love watching school dramas because it takes me back to an interesting time in my life where experiences and expectations ran high. In my case, everything was dramatic! Life long friendships were formed along with bitter disappointments in what I thought were great friendships. I learned a lot about my self,.. my strengths as well as the weakness I hid because frankly at that age it is frightening to show your weakness to others. I learned a lot at that age that I still carry with me now. I'm looking forward to the plot development in this series. Ong Seong Woo is portraying his character very well. Looking forward to the future episodes.
I just have to get his off my chest. Yep it's sick and wrong but I just can't help myself. How is it that actor Chang Ki-Yong, who is portraying the sick demented loan shark Lee Gwang-Il, can be so damn hawt even with his sick perverted character? Half of me is fluttering while the other half is appalled at myself!! Man I'm very impressed with his acting chops. Glad he is branching out to interesting characters.
I love your observations about this wonderful drama. You penned a lot of what I have been feeling but could not articulate. What a refreshing breath of air to see the grittiness of life played out by the most interesting of characters. It speaks to how we can be in various types of relationships yet alone in our private thoughts, feelings and actions. The acting of the main two leads (actually the entire cast) brings about a deep sense of synergy that I truly believe these actors were cast perfectly for their roles. It has definitely drawn me in and though I somehow know that not all questions will be answered (in typical K-drama fashion) I'm so invested that I want to see what happens to these folks, good, bad, ugly and indifferent. It's like having unfiltered access to lives that pull you in with their individual stores then connect you in some fashion even if the actions are so opposite of how you feel you would respond. Then it takes it up a notch to make you question yourself and if you would indeed be that different. We are more alike than we think. Just love this show!
I am in love with series after watching 2 episode ♥ I will write review after I finish this drama so far so…
HELP! I am very interested in watching this series but cannot find it on the usual drama apps i.e. DramaFever, Viki. Any suggestions? I also noticed that there are several different titles? Thank you!
Ok, this was a disappointing sequel.I don't see love here. There's drugging your partner, tying them…
My exact thoughts. This was obsession not love based on the movie. I'll have to read the story instead per the comments below it should be a happy ending?
I really enjoy this light comedy especially after watching a few dark melodramas. I know this is a remake but I have yet to watch the original series. The main characters have great chemistry. Leading lady is spunky and speaks her mind which is refreshing to watch and portrayed so well by actress Kim Da Hyun. I do remember seeing her in a historical drama titled MAIDS. Main male lead is so handsome and manly, outwardly cold but you slowly start to get to see his softer side. I have to say I don't know if it's editing but man oh man it appears he is an amazing kisser!!! So far so good!!! The only downside to this is that each episode is so darn short!!! Perhaps it's because the main lead actor Ha Suk Jin is currently in another drams series Drinking Solo which is currently on air as well ??
Is that considered cheating?! HAHAHA
