I don’t usually condone violence but tbh if my significant other ignored me for five years and then came back without telling me crap I’d slap em to. Even if they had a good reason for it what I hate most is not communicating and as much as I love Shi De he tends to create a lot of misunderstandings because of his lack of ability to communicate

While I love action I’m not usually a huge fan of thriller (or non-romance focused dramas for that matter) but this was amazing. It was a thriller than left me at the edge of my seat (or bed) making me actually excited for what would happen next. I loved this sooo much and the story was *chefs kiss* it wasn’t predictable which made it even more enjoyable as I had to watch more to understand what was happening. Binged the whole season in a couple hours and I’m sleep deprived but it was sooo worth it

yeah althoughI did think Song Kang's acting was better in this drama (especially after comparing it to Yamazaki Kento's in Alice in the Borderland) than Love Alarm I stll feel like there wasn't enough character development for most characters especially some of the mains. I was also more emotionally synced with the characters in Alice in the Borderland (e.g when Arisu's friend died) than in Sweet Home (e.g the elevator scene)

It's human desire basically according to the webtoon what our deepest desire iswill be fulfilled and we shall be taken over by the monster who will gain control of the body while we are stuck in a dream-like state where we are in our ideal world and our desires are fulfilled

Despite being quite different from the source material I enjoyed it as knowing it was a Netflix adaption I expected there would be major differences from the webtoon but regardless it sort of fulfilled my wish in the webtoon which was to see more of Hyun Soo's monster side. Howvere not sure I'm a fan with the government focus as quite frankly I'm sick of seeing drama/shows etc. that end up involving the government. It removes the suspense and mystery for me but I'm excited to see a second season. Song Kang's acting definately shined more in Sweet Home than Love Alarm

I will say i'm very intrigued to see the reasoning for Korn's betrayal/switch to the dark-side because just by seeing his lack of sympathy regarding Namtaan's injury shows that there must be more to the story than just his apparent dislike for his potential

I really wanted to see SL master's reaction when they find out that LX is half-kunwu, not to mention would have wished to see his identity be more important I mean he is the ONLY child of their GODDESS like wth?!

and the Great Dragon King... like TF how are you gonna try and almost kill your nephew, like show a little familial care, his mother died for you!?

I also wished LX was more powerful like other than what we saw in the throne room when his father died there was nothing really suprising or powerful about him like his mother is Goddess of the Kunwu Clan at least express that part of his lineage.. like other than the reveal if you'd told me he was adopted and fully human I would've believed you cause they just didn't focus much on that aspect of the plot

Does The Gifted Graduation have 18 episodes or 13 cause apparently it says 13 on LineTV (or at least that's what someone told me)

I can't explain how excited I am for this to air, I mean I've never been this excited about a show before

Although I never followed him closely he was a favourite of mine and one of the first actors I watched in a drama. When I first heard the news I didn’t believe it. This just goes to show how little we know about a persons inner demons as I always saw him as a ball of sunshine.

I agree with everything you said 100%, and I was quite happy they introduced their childhood relationship earlier rather than later and also the fact that their relationship doesn't affect how they feel (they don't instantly fall in love or become friends or anything) it's refreshing and realistic cause lets be honest if we met our childhood friend now we would instantly be all buddy-buddy.

I'm curious as to what they'll do to substitute for Namtaan's potential seeing as it was probably the most helpful one during season 1 and whether there'll be an explanation for her disappearance (e.g. she died/moved schools/lost her potential etc.) or they'll just continue like she was never there. And I'm also curios as to whether they'll explore the twins potential or if they'll just leave them as background character like they did season 1

Tbh I never really noticed much when it came to dubbing on Chinese dramas but I realised what ppl meant when I noticed how weird Hui Yi Wang (Sky Li) spoke like it just didn’t match

I also hate the whole childhood trope, or amnesia trope. Like I'm currently watching a drama where this occurs and watching the ML completely ruin the FL's life because he couldn't recognize her as the person who had helped him

This drama seems intriguing, but i'm not sure if I want to give it a go mainly because of the actress that plays the female lead Zheng Shuang.

I have seen her acting many times and it really makes me uncomfortable, because she's so......... emotionless? I watched her in Love O2O which was my favorite novel/movie so I was really excited for the drama, so I was really disappointed when I watched it and saw how dull her acting was.

I really hope this drama doesn't end up like that and I'm interested to see how her acting has improved.
