Great Cast. Simple Story. University Life. Falling in Love
I've read and heard many disparaging remarks about Phuwin and Pond's acting ability or lack thereof, so I want to briefly touch on that. Bullsh*t. They are both great actors at least by Thai standards. Acting is craft open to interpretation so I am definitely not pushing my opinions down anyone's throat.I did read one review that said Phuwin relies on acting tricks. I've taken acting classes and I've seen many a series or a movie where even the finest actors awarded with high acting awards use tricks. Its part of the business and its also something directors direct actors to do to get their vision across. Is it murky. Depends on your own take.
Unless a person is aware of foreign acting classes and what and how they teach or what they are expected to convey via workshops and director notes or writer input one can not actually judge. But again it is only opinions.
About We Are. This is a simple story and even the simplest of story have complexity. Each couple here have a certain dynamic.
PhumPheem: They are not in a relationship yet. But their attraction is evident. It's simple. With the appearance of Title as Kluen we will see.
QToey: A seret backstory where their love started without even meeting with one having more information than the other even if it's not a wealth of information. WINNYSATANG are delivering a great chemistry and their acting improve with each episode.
TanFang: This one for me is the worse because one seems less than caring and the other cares too much. They are a good ship so I hope their on screen coupling becomes more than one sided. Tan is so over the top. He's hilarious. While Fang is very aloof.
ChainPun: Nothing much just a couple of intense stares and ear nibbling. Cute but they are not getting enough screen time.
These are my opinions and mine alone. I shall not argue about them with anyone. It's an enjoyable series. But it is GMMTV I wouldn't expect Shakespeare or something more deep. It is Thai BL so it is what it is.

Didn't Quite Hit The Mark
I wanted to like this remake or adaptation so much. In fact when I heard about it I was super excited because I have a love hate relationship with MAME since in my opinion she destroyed LBC 2. I mean I held a grudge for quite a long time and refused to watch her material at all until Love in the Air. BossNoeul and FortPeat had an amazing chemistry.Now Japan is the inventor of Yaoi and I have so many Japanese BL Series that will always have my heart. So my expectations were high on this. No actors were bad per se in this remake but with the exception of NAGUMO SHOMA this series seemed completely mis-cast. A series with good actors yet bad casting are already at a lost in my opinion but since casting isn't my business I have to look past it and choose to watch or not to. I chose to watch.
I came to appreciate one more member of the cast in NAGATSUMA REO as Kai aka Sky. He brought a great attempt to understanding Kai and his struggles.
The NC scenes were a struggle for me. Fuma and Kai were basically okay but Arashi and Rei made me uncomfortable because Arashi like Phayu before him was passionate and kissed with tongue. BossNoeul made it work in incredible ways. However Rei seem to lie there with his mouth closed as Arashi licked his lips which almost seemed sexual assault like but Rei did manage to show enjoyment. Maybe it's just me, the chemistry was just off for me. However I did see the vision.
I give props for Japan adapting a MAME work but it did fall short. I do intend to rewatch and maybe form a different opinion which is why I gave the rewatch value a 10. If I somehow misinterpreted this I will update this review. That's just my take.

A Waste of Time (Plus Missing Episode)
A rural BL that was so ready for. Handsome Leads. Great Kissing Scenes.I watch episode 1 and not the best production value. Obviously low budget but it had a certain charm with great chemistry imo.
I was ready for a BL that may not be main stream but a great story.
Episode 2 was also good and I was locked in. Ready For a Beautiful Love Story.
Episode 3: Crickets....I waited and nothing appeared. Episode 3 never showed up on my YouTube Premium Account so that was the end of my journey with Loy Kaew First Love
But just for S & G I checked for Episode 4 and there it was but the Channel still had no info on the missing Episode 3.
So I choose to end having seen only Episode 1 and 2

Excellent Cast But Something Is Soooo Off
I first of all am so tired of doing bad or mediocre reviews and I adore so many GMMTV Series from BL to others but one thing I can't get behind is GMMTV Adaptations. In my opinion all of them suck so bad. Yet so many fans love and adore them (Im thrilled for those fans, I really am)I thought the streak of me hating GMMTV ADAPTATIONS would finally end with Cherry Magic and then the whole copyright issue happened and I chose not to VPN it so I never watched it and really don't want to anymore.
So A Love So Beautiful is a wonderful story and China and Korea did amazing at it in my opinion. And so I actually thought A Love So Beautiful would take the place of Cherry Magic as a GMMTV ADAPTATION I could stand. Plus it has DEW the only person I could stand in F4: THAILAND. And yet this version falls so flat for me. The story is just blah and it so hard to watch that I had to drop it.
I don't find fault with the ML or FL but I find fault with the story itself and the support cast seems so off yet I like the actors but their characters are just off.
As a rule I love different countries take on one another's material. I loved every version of Hana Yori Dango aka BOYS OVER FLOWERS/METEOR GARDEN except F4: THAILAND. And I cant wait for Thailand's Adaptation of ADDICTED HEROIN so it's gotta be GMMTV. Because yet another Adaptation they are currently doing is not doing it for me.

I like the concept. I love Title But I Just Can't
Title is a great actor which is why I even devoted a moment of my time on this show. But he's not the only great one on this show. Pee is a marvel and a stunning young man. And of course there is Suar from You're My Sky is fantastic.However, I have to drop this series because the Motive Village Trash is stinking up the place. Yes, the screenwriter is that arrogant piece of bleep that wrote that piece of bleep called 2 Moons The Ambassador and there is another piece of bleep from the above mentioned series that plays PingPong so I would rather not continue.
I wish the absolute best for Title in this series but as much as I would love to watch him blow everyone away with his talent I can't knowingly support a series written by Fluke. I really just don't like him.
But I wish those who do choose to watch a great time. But I'm gonna have to pass.

This Could Have Been So Much Better
I am ready to receive to hate for this review so I will say first not all BL Fans are the same.First I love the he'll out of Saint since LBC so when I heard he was making a return to BL I was more than ready. Not verse on Poom but I liked him.
The problem lies with chemistry. It was just not 100 but it was decent. This was a slow burn decent BL but one of my main reasons for watching aside from Saint was Heng. Heng is so underrated in my opinion. I always wanted him to lead a BL for Idol Factory but Idol Factory seems bent on BILLYBABE (which I personally am not a fan of I much prefer BILLYSENG but I know that ship has sailed. I'm not some delulu fan Im way over it)
Heng was listed as a support character but what he was a guest star. Maybe I fell asleep but he appeared in the penultimate and the Finale and that is not support it's a guest role. I mean HENGSAINT would be fantastic to me.
Overall this was a decent show. Mid range. Not great a series and not awful. I wish I had more Heng.
Feel free to disagree but we are not all the same and we won't all agree.

From The Director of Our Dating Sim so I was Expecting and Miscarriage
I can't say how much I just didn't like this. It was awful wrapped in pitiful wrapped in pathetic and topped with poo poo.Now Our Dating Sim was so wonderful to me and when I heard the same director was set lead this one I was beyond excited. But for me this failed on almost every level.
I did like the actors. ALL OF THEM so I guess for me the story failed to grab my interest. I kept watching and hoping and hoping and watching but it was just not for me.

I Detest GMMTV'S attempts at adaptations
I love Gemini and FOURTH which is why I have to drop this at episode 1 or I will begin to dislike them. It's not their fault but in my opinion GMMTV has dropped the ball in one way or another in every adaptation I've seen including FIND YOURSELF, F4: THAILAND, CHERRY MAGIC, OSSAN'S LOVE (which hasn't premiered yet but...) right now Im giving another adaptation from GMMTV in A LOVE SO BEAUTIFUL (I adored both Chinese and Korean versions) yet so far the Thai version is set on suck. Dew and Neo are 2 of my favorites but not even their charm and acting can save a GMMTV ADAPTATION.Back to My Love Mix Up. Why Japan keeps allowing a place like GMMTV butcher their source material I will never know (I know it's the money)
Fourth is adorable and a good actor but I watched episode 1 and his Atom (Aoki) fell flat for me. And I can't say I blame him because the director should make sure he excels at this role. It's just not there. As for Gemini I was a little more impressed with his Kongthap (Ida) but not by much. Gemini and Fourth have a lot of chemistry but Fourth seems to be trying to hard to pull this off and as such for me their chemistry is lacking here.
I will admittedly say I did not have the privilege of reading the manga so I'm not sure if this Thai Adaptation is closer to the manga then Kieta Hatsukoi. There Aoki was more of an adorable spas yet so lovable against Ida's straight laced smart guy with no concept of what it means to like another person.
Fourth is playing Atom like he wants to be like Aoki but he's more like a slightly different version of Gun (his role in MSP)
So for me I will end with Episode 1 and go watch Kieta Hatsukoi again to show how this really should be done with Aoki, Ida, Hashimoto and Akkun (Aida) in the only version I want to remember.

It's Good But...
Every BL viewer is different. Different People Like Different Ships and to each their own. I love FORCEBOOK and they were my draw into this series. During their story a side ship of MARCPOON (WE ARE) emerged. Though they are fairly new I adore MARCPOON even though their ship dissolved MARCPAWIN which for most people is completely fine. Sadly they never really got a decent BL Together because MY GEAR YOUR GOWN was so incredibly flawed even though I like it a little bit.PERTHSANTA will never be as good as PERTHSAINT for me yet it powerdrives pass PERTHCHIMON so though I don't dislike them exactly I can appreciate what they brought to this series. I adore Santa but I can never fully forgive Perth for the Earth bullying situation during Love By Chance. Yes I realize he was very young during that situation but morality knows no age. There is a show in the US called WHAT WOULD YOU DO which is a hidden camera show. They had a segment showing kids that were years younger than Perth was that stood up to bullies. And even I have not only seen but experienced young kids and teens stand up for marginalized people. Cooheart has Forgiven Perth and says they are friends so though I don't fully forgive Perth he is a great actor and he did well in this series with Cooheart's former acting partner Santa. So I'm okay with Perth and this new pairing. May it last as long as they both want. Of course their part of the story brought the side couple of AOUBOOM and I love them.
Now for better or worse I am finished with this series for the most part because I hate MARKJUNIOR with everything in me. I hate them separately and I hate them together. I will not stop watching the series because I know they will still show the other couples and support actors.
One thing is that I'm glad Mek got out of GMMTV before the ship with Mark could form. Mek was way to good for Mark. I don't know what it is but I hated Mark on sight when he appeared in STAR IN MY MIND and SKY IN YOUR HEART and though I loved loved loved HIGH SCHOOL FRENEMY every time Mark appeared I was instantly put off. Luckily I loved all the other actors in HSF. Same with Junior I am not a fan at all. (I won't argue the point because my not liking them doesn't affect anyone else so if you like them more power to you I just don't so enjoy them to your heart's content)
Today I have chosen to drop this series. As leads of this portion of the series JUNIORMARK have ruined this for me. And with the edition of GMMTV'S worse OHM I am through. Sad because GMMTV had to very good OHM's but had to get a worse one. I was a steady fan of OHM and to his credit he is BL Royalty with such series like UWMA etc with a good Fluke. Now at GMMTV he is unofficially officially paired with a bad Fluke which drops his appeal immensely for me.
Hint: I am not the least bit interested in MY ROMANCE SCAMMER BL from GMMTV'S 2025 lineup. With 4 of the worse leads in GMMTV HISTORY.
Anyway Perfect 10 Liners is a solid 7 with the greatness of FORCEBOOK and PERTHSANTA perhaps 9 worthy with a better casting of Faifa and Wine. I mean come on Junior playing Perth's younger brother is ridiculous. SEAKEEN would have been better. SEA as Faifa and Keen as Wine would have elevated this series so much for me. But JUNIORMARK have their fans so I'm happy for them.
A shoutout to all the other couples though that actually made this series watchable FORCEBOOK, PERTHSANTA, MARCPOON, TEEFRANC.

Technically I'm not dropping or watching
This show should imo not have happened. Motive Village is toxic and they are pathetic. These actors are not worth it. The preview made me not want to watch it ever. I stand with the former actors of both 2 Moons & 2 Moons 2. Wayo. Phana. Ming. Kit. Forth & Beam ended with 2MOONS2.This is the worse cast and judging from only the previews it's also the worse story. And those two new characters that they seem to be putting up front I hated them on sight.
Now this is just me I'm not looking to be helpful with this review but I use to like the actor / writer that wrote this crap from My Bromance etc but now (puke) if anyone wants to watch this I sincerely hope you enjoy it.
Me I would never watch it because MV has destroyed 2 casts with a bunch of bull and lies and their apologies published is just sad. Again just my opinion.

Meteor Garden Was Miles Better.
I think the bullying was quite graphic and unnecessary. I personally will not continue watching. Don't like actors in their roles except Ren. He's awesome, had he got the lead role maybe I'd give it a chance. Dylan Wang as Daoming Si in the Chinese version was way better IMO. The whole cast in the Chinese version was amazing. This attempt is an epic fail. EPIC. But that's just my opinion. People seem to be enjoying it. I'll sit this one out. I honestly hope everyone enjoys it. I'll just rewatch Meteor Garden and Korea's Boys Over Flower. Then the anime of Hana Dori Dango. I need to cleanse my palet of this version immediately. Awful.
