Well... it was okay. I guess I liked it. Player No. 333 was selfish to the end, no surprise there. What a jerk!
Some of the deaths really sucked. Grieving fictional characters at 2am is no joke. And then some deaths were so satisfying. If I could’ve reached into the screen and ended them again, I would’ve.
I find the mom incredibly frustrating, but I also feel sorry for her. She’s clearly acting out of trauma and a desperate need to stop history from repeating itself. Yes, she comes off as controlling and harsh, but what else can you do when your partner refuses to step up?
As much as the mom is hard to watch, the dad bothers me even more, he really just pisses me off. There’s just something about him that makes me want to smack him. At first, I thought he was at least playing the 'good cop' role, but he’s just so passive, it’s annoying to an intolerable degree. Speak up! Say something! Defend your wife and kids! Stand up to your family! But no, he constantly blames his wife for everything.
The Qiao family honestly is the worst, by blood and by marriage!
After watching the first four episodes, I’ve made a firm and painful decision to ignore this show until it finishes airing! 😭😩 I cannot handle the waiting because it's too good. I know I won’t survive the slow drip.
Absolutely loved this! That ending? Ugh, it left us with such an interesting premise. You can just tell that place is a hell hole and I need to know what happens there. I really hope they produce S2, I need it!
Oh boy, that basketball court scene!? 😩🔥I had to pause and scream because why did Jeong U look at JiWon like that?? And the neck grab?? Jeong U was basically saying, there's no way that it's not going there. Ugh, the chemistry is insane and that kiss? So, so good!
I’m just curious. Exactly what about him is not attractive to you? I’ve heard that some people don’t think…
I made a comment earlier today praising how attractive he is and somehow I found out he's considered ugly.
I’m sorry… ugly? Where?
To me, he’s absolutely gorgeous. He looks incredible in armour and the power he exudes while riding a horse? Unmatched! Ngl, my focus was entirely on him while watching the drama. This was my first time seeing him and I’m definitely watching more of his work from now on.
But I guess, like everything else, looks are subjective. And I can’t argue with that.
Enemies to lovers done right. I’m now legally married to this show.
I loved every second! Once they both got over their BS, Wei Shao and Manman became such a beautiful, loving and devoted couple. Honestly, this was straight drama supremacy and I was in a chokehold the entire time! 😩 Wei Shao has officially set a new standard for fictional men and Manman is the real MVP, I love a smart girlie 🙌. I'm in love with their love!
Also, LYN has no business being this fine, he is gorgeous. I have to give him a shoutout because, well… priorities 😭. He’s gained a new fan!
All good things come to an end, sadly. 😭 I couldn’t drag it out much longer. It hurts to let go.
I just saw the trailer for this and the premise is quite interesting, but what do you mean - 120 episodes, each 35 minutes long? Crazy. You could live a second lifetime in that runtime. 😩
Ngl, the first episode didn’t convince me, but I caught up with this and it’s starting to come into its own. I’m enjoying it more than I expected. I can't wait for the next episode!
I thoroughly enjoyed this - ugh, it was a crying fest! 😩 I kind of wished it had a grimmer ending, though. Maybe I just gravitate towards miserable characters and stories, but the darker, grittier ending that was foreshadowed felt more satisfying to me. I wanted to cry even more!

Overall? An okay watch.

That strong dramatic start?? This is what I live for.
Waiting for Mondays already feels like spiritual warfare.
I need more of this. Now.
