It's interesting how we were shown three types of sexual assaults. The one with Meen, some may argue she kissed him first, but a person under the influence cannot consent. So Pitch took advantage of her state and that's a sick move. The same with Khun/Phu, tho the two of them were drunk, it still would be argued that neither can consent.
May and Wee...that was brutal. What he did to her is horrible and while I do believe in the "play with fire, get burned" it still doesn't excuse how he did this to her.
But these incidents are so prevalent in real life and I am glad to see that the more serious one (MayWee) will be addressed appropriately by the looks of the next week's preview.
Also, how can these women be "smart" and so dumb at the same time? like May all you needed to do was tell WanWan the truth about what Wee wanted and then together you both could have come up with a plan to bring him down.
Saras may be the dumbest of them all (but naive) and still found her to be a better character than May and WanWan.
Meen...When Khun said live for yourself (great advice) he didn't mean go sleep with that douche Pitch.
Pitch! I hate him, more than Non. Pitch to me is the mastermind behind all this. HE uses all of these girls and pits time against each other. I think that he might have done this out of jealousy of his sister.
And last comment..in the preview we see Sean saying "you have a sibling" but we cant tell if that is White or Black he is talking to. Could it be a flashback of Sean and Black? Could he had known Black had a sibling and all he did was confirm that the one in the gang right now is White! That would be such a twist if it was something only he knew for a long time specially with the way he acted when he found the glasses and contact lense. I find it odd that Black wouldn't at least mention his sibling to one of them. Then again he is supposed to be an ahole who is very private. It is just a theory I have.
Also Not Me is being praised for its social commentary specially on the LGBTQ and Marriage equality. Thailand is on the cusp of passing legislation related to equal rights and the Thai media is using Not Me as a way to show the growing support. There are a lot of articles on twitter
I cant get over this series. Im so happy that GMM has stepped up their game. Now more than ever I am looking forward to Midnight Chicken as it seems it will also be a more LGBT focus series like this one.
Thank God i never watch behind the scenes thingy. Could spoil that convo to me?
Remember their talk when Sean said to Gump that Black wasnt Black? I think it is in that context. Sean is trying to justify falling for White knowing he is pretending to be Black. To me he was fishing to see Gumps reaction. Part me of thinks Sean is very astute and knows more than the others and is just setting a trap.
I have always said GMM lucked out when they signed Gun and he has proven me right time and again.
Like there were a few comments earlier about how they couldn't see Gun as a gangster or thug (never mind that most people associate gangsters and thugs on the sterotypical caricatures) but he has played these gritty characters before. Most of his indie work has shown that out of everyone in GMM only he could pull this off.
Im exicted to see how he pulls both of these extreme characters.
Also this episode was all about vulnerability from every key person. Even Tawi seemed surprised and even scared a bit. I really think Tawi is not even the big bad wolf. We shall see
Gumpa is my main suspect for Black's assault. I suspected him for sometime but today it just was even more obvious. He was very sure when Sean said Black (white) wasnt the same Black. His comment just made it clear he knows White is not Black. He also was presented to us as the one person who Knows Black the best and sort of took him under his wing and trained him. Chances are Black found out Gumpa is actually working for Tawi or doing something else like selling and trafficking drugs and is using Tawi as the escapegoat. Black probably stumbled into one of Gumpas meetings. Also the people that beat up Black look like the same men that were at the garage.
May and Wee...that was brutal. What he did to her is horrible and while I do believe in the "play with fire, get burned" it still doesn't excuse how he did this to her.

Great two episodes
We shall see.
