In the novel, Puen realized that he was in love with Talay in the Glass House. He started spending a lot of time…
I'm sure the novel is better than this, but we know that they have changed a few things. There is a chance that a third wheel will be how they will create drama between them. From the trailers, it seems like it's another girl. I hope it isn't the case, but we know GMM and their love for re-writing scenes from novels.
The only character I cared about got their heart broken! That's the only thing about this episode that I cared about. Everything else just felt filler like.
Can I just say how there is absolutely NOTHING worth watching lately? Like legit WTF is up with these BL dramas...
Triage was a blessing...now I wish I could turn back time (and loop) my a&& to earlier this year to watch this again and feel the same feelings I had then.
Also, I've watched this an unhealthy number of times.π
So this is blocked for me and I can't find it anywhere else except dramacool with low quality...I still don't get how these companies operate. They have a YT channel yet block it for nearly the entire world. Kind of dumb and doesn't help with generating income. If they want to keep it domestic, I can understand, but why use an international platform like YT but geo-block the very country that created the platform? LOL weird flex.
Anyways, seems alright...will have to wait for two more episodes before I can decide if this is worth my brain cells or not.
Also, Mame...yeah gotta be careful with this chick's writing, so not holding my breath too tightly in case this goes up in flames.
I agree with you - Earth's voice is Earth's voice. His mannerism is a bit effeminate, but that's a plus to me,…
Oh for sure, if his character is whiny and irritating, that's a script issue. But I think that some people here are not complaining about him due to that. And it isn't just in this drama, I've seen the same complaints about him in project 7, which to me is more about the person not liking Earth, more than it is about his voice.
yeahh I don't understand why people feeling earth voice as unnatural, it just defines his role aptly.ππ
And really watching the drama, the othe actor (Earth's schoolmate..not Peak) has a similar pitchy voice and I don't see anyone complaining about him, which means really the problem is they just don't like Earth.
I've seen quite a few people complaining about Earth's voice and then some complaining about those same people calling them homophobic.
Let's clear some things up.
If you don't like Earth's voice because you think it's "feminine /girlie" then yes that can be homophobic. If you don't like his voice because you have misophonia, then no you are not homophobic, you just don't like his sound, plain and simple. The problem lies that if you are critiquing and not liking the drama just because of that, then that sounds more like a "you" problem.
Also saw various people complaining that Earth is too old to play these characters...actually, on the contrary, he can still pass for a high schooler. There are plenty of high schoolers that look middle age already (yeah exaggerating here, but my point remains some high schoolers look older than me and I'm in my 20s)
I am happy to see a very openly gay actor play a gay character. I really wish some fans/viewers would be open and accepting, but it appears that that isn't the case yet. Many of you won't admit it, but you like the idea of "straight" men playing Gays and falling for another man. It's okay, that's because some of you have been conditioned to accept that. But come on, give this guy a break. He gets a lot of hate/flak even for existing. Geez, you'd think after the whole bullying controversy, that some of you would have some empathy for him. Guy has been trying hard to have a career despite how horrible gets treated, even by fans/viewers.
Sorry to be that person, but this drama is CRINGY and not in a good way. Just feels like nothing really is happening and they concentrate so much on product placements/old dramas from the parent company/and slow-mo or close-up shots. We get it, these guys are "hot" (in quotation because some may or may not agree) and they want to promote them as much as possible since GMM's older BL actors are moving on or just moving far away from GMM (I'm looking at you Singto)
If they concentrated as much on the plot as they did on these things, imagine what an amazing drama this would be! Don't get me wrong, the drama is entertaining if you take away the premise of the whole alternate universe (but even doing that is counterproductive since the drama itself tries to bring it back to that plot with little bits of information/scenes sprinkled here and there)
Like, what was the whole point of the uncle sharing about his experience of losing everything in his world after coming back, while at the same time he had left the other person's life intact? the point was to make Tess and Tun feel a sense of dread and urgency, yet they didn't even bat an eye about it two scenes later.
I mean sure they aren't trying to screw up the lives of these people they took over, but still...you'd think that after that, they would be trying harder to find a way back home. Of course, the drama is going to make us wait because they need to introduce the third love interest (another girl) and then I am going to theorize that Tess will start "dreaming" and will think it's because of that girl when in reality is because he fell for Tun.
I've read JittiRain's work and nothing about their work is special. I can find better WATTPAD stories that GMM should serialize, but then they would screw that up too because for some reason GMM can't afford to get better script writers/directors. Yes, all the shade was meant to be written.
