Finished. I didn’t notice the poor editing much. That’s probably because I mostly watched this while working…
but the confession was a flashback, we never find out when jingmo finds out about the sibling's relationship, what happened to the body gaurd and actress etc. other than that, cute watch
EP 11 thoughts: Phuwin's acting is great. Palm as a character is losing his charms. However, their chemistry is too good. "Our love is something we should not be ashamed of." Common Neungdiao W. Chopper in heels slay. Wish their sense of characters became stronger over time - meaning that there is no character development, only action. They're just getting dragged by the storyline.
Post production is going down hill compared to ep 1 - the editor and colourist needs to get their sht together, esp the editor cuz it SUCKS. I was getting annoyed throughout the episode. There's no flow in the character's positions - too disorganized and choppy.
pretty good so far, only one thing is a bit off for me the way they put money problem in the story line seems…
but that's the reality for a lot of people so I personally don't mind those parts. And it's not just saying into our faces "hey this character is poor! :D" it's the variation. The news report in the beginning, wet market prices, political greed, falling economy, unpaid car insurance, characters not attending university etc. The writers are pretty clever on mixing reality into the storyline.
how old are Jim and Wen in the series? if everyone calls Jim “uncle” he must be a few years older than the…
Jim mentions on ep 2 that he's nearly 40, so I'm assuming that he's in his mid to late 30's while Wen might be in his mid to late 20's based on his job. He's not an intern, but rather has the power to order people around - so there's a decade age gap give or take. Heart and Li Ming are obviously teenagers. Saleng and Praew mentioned that they didn't attend uni to earn money first so they're in their early 20's. Idk about Kaipa and Alan tho...
The people behind the lighting and colouring in post are doing such an AMAZING job! the play on colours is so exciting to see because the majority of Thai BLs/lakorns have such low budget in this field. I'm glad the production team invested in this making the mise en scene a lot better than "the usual" we see in Thai dramas.
the chemistry between every character is amazing
