They gave us YES satisfying death! They told us Ms. Moh broke the boat that led to the Hong’s sons death. They gave us a trial and a jail fighting scene. They gave us Beoma and her new man screen time. The sister not getting a divorce and going to see her family. HHI’s father finally got his peace and happiness. The chairman’s other son finally came back to the family. HHI’s mom apologizing to BHW’s mom about all the damage she caused their kids since they been together and realizing BHW saved HHI from drowning too, been saving they family this WHOLE TIME. They gave us an understanding of the miscarriage scene that caused all this in the first place. We got HHI falling back in love with BHW. HSC got his happy ending with his family after his wife went to jail. The old man HHI saw at the cemetery was BHW in the future bringing her flowers to her grave. WE GOT A LITTLE BABY GIRL!!!!! We got KSH singing the final song in the ost!!!! WE GOT THE BEST ENDING IVE EVER SEEN!!! Even with all the cliche tropes it was AMAZING! I’m so sad it’s over 😭 10/10 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

Y’all was so ready to give it up on QOT but they gave us EVERYTHING AND MORE in the 2 hr IMMENSELY GRATIFYING finale that was 100/100. The BEST ENDING to a Kdrama I’ve ever seen!!!!!!!!!

1. I seen a lot of comments about the miscarriage. But a miscarriage is (with lack of better words) just a miscarriage. It doesn’t need details. Majority of the time they just happen for no apparent reason. Majority are spontaneous so they don’t need..details? BHW felt like HHI didn’t care that they lost their baby because she was so ready to move on and forget. Which we see in further episodes how HHI processes death/grief due to the loss of her brother. And he wasn’t ready to move on and forget which usually the roles are reversed it’s normally the women who is hit really hard and not the man. Reason why he moved into the babies room and proceeded to dislike HHI. But we see that she didn’t forget and BHW realized that when he was trying to figure the password to her phone. So there really isn’t a resolution to the miscarriage it’s just the yearning to watch the characters talk about it is what I think some viewers want to see. Which we might get in tomorrow episode. 2. I think they showed this in the most HHI way possible. I don’t know if you were paying attention to the flashbacks. But in her own special way she felt isolated from BHW after the miscarriage but she didn’t know how to express that. So she’s was cold to him even though she longed for him. In her own way that made her miserable. We really didn’t need to see more than that I believe in my opinion. It was already enough going on. 3. They showed this too? I don’t mean to be rude even though I know it comes off that way. But have you been really watching the show? 🥴. I think eps 8-12 explain this really well. To sum it up, it wasn’t necessarily revenge it was just crazy ppl wanting what someone else has just because they felt like they deserved it. YES is a psychopath who has been obsessed with HHI since they were children. His mother abandoned him and also used him to get what she wanted. In her mind she was doing it for her son but she’s just a con woman and I believe murderer. 4. Now this is probably the only question that I believe really is vague throughout the show. He says he was set up.. Which the show shows how easily it was for the whole family to get set up, by YES and his mother, which they probably had a hand in setting up the chairman’s other son as well. Whatever happened it is what caused the chairman to go to jail and shows the distrust he had for his family and the actions he decided to take preceding his death. 5. She’s not yet. But her mother is. I’m pretty sure this will be shown in tomorrow’s episode. But small chance that it isn’t, at the end of the day if HHI doesn’t get her memories back it won’t matter because she doesn’t remember anyway.
I think each comment section has ppl that like a drama and ppl that do not like the drama and the reasons are…
I agree, two different stories but same format. I love them both but not favorable of the last 2 eps of something in the rain. But I still enjoyed it and that’s what overall matters to me when I watch a drama. I think everyone is just over the format of kdramas not always necessarily the plots per se. I think the kdrama plots (tropes) are what make kdramas KDRAMAS.
Even though I knew from the beginning in kdrama fashion this plot was going to be predictable I still love/loving every second of it. Enjoying this ride of funny, intense, lovable characters and actors. Here for a good time not a long time 🥳😌
