I wish that too honestly! But then we’ll get 5 or 6 episodes instead of 16. Because everyone’s using their brains. I think that’s what I loved the most about king the land because logic and reasoning were the leads best attributes in maintaining their love story. But we rarely get that. One just has to realize that reality and logic don’t exist in tv land because it’s not fun. People watch dramas to escape reality and logic lol

But that’s my point lol no matter what kdrama you watch that has an antagonist, episodes 13 through 16 always make it seem like the villains have won and gotten the best of the leads and then the leads overcome the villain in the last episode and we get our happy ending. That’s how it always is and probably how it’s always going to be. I think people give the writers too much credit early on just to get disappointed towards the end because of the same drama tropes/format we always get. The expectations are always set too high in kdrama land.

At least we had a red empty trailer truck instead of a white truck of Doom this time! Small victories 😂

I mean it was always predictable from the beginning because it’s a kdrama. I think it’s more about enjoying the ride then always trying to predict what’s going to happen next
