As someone who watched the original money heist I think this is a fine remake.
They have a time limit in how much they can flesh out and it’s making the pacing crazy but I like that. The og money heist sometimes felt VERY SLOW until it got to the juicy bits with this I feel like it’s constantly on something
The actors are fantastic. All of them: I hate arturo just as much as I did in the og. I didn’t think I would like nairobi as much as i love the og one but she is getting there .. The tokyo in this one is kinda better lol the Tokyo in the og was kinda annoying for abit Denver is hot as hell what the fuck! And I love that they kept his goofy laugh 😂 amazing
I enjoyed all the Korean changes ..ppl are annoyed that they didn’t change the characters names um be serious , at least they gave them different reasons that they wanted the names
if you come into this with too much expectations as a fan of the og u def would won’t like it much. I think that’s why new timers are enjoying it. I wish I didn’t know what is gonna happen cuz this would be so good but I’m still enjoying it lol. It may seem “shallow” or “lacking depth” because you know how in depth it could go and they just don’t have the time luvs move on

It was never going to top the og series because they just don’t have enough time to flesh everything out but I kinda like how fast paced everything is and the actors are fantastic
The way I have watched love playlist and I didn’t realise the couple was the same s4 couple that I loved cuz the actress changed lol now all I can think abt is how cooler it would be if it was still her :( I think the actress playing her is doing fine but i feels like something is off Idk how to explain it.. just.. the character is not the same at all :(
also i feel like i'm the only one who likes hyeyeon?
love her shes so crackt lol she treats her boyfriend poorly though and she should of just broken up with him however i like her personality otherwise lol

sad cuz i was so so excited when i saw this was getting a korean remake.. the first few episodes were good and now just sad lol poor ending.. how you can remake a story and completly change the ending smh. anyway if anyone wants to watch a good remake watch 18again
