Pretty much you could tell YDZ had no undying desire than to clear his family name(but XRF could have done it or else) and roam the martial world with Dongjun(but he would be fine with it as long as it would be safe somewhere). Be happy with his crush would be what he deserves. It would have been the perfect ending for them while letting go heroic path. But because it’s about heroes story leaving names for beliefs they carry we can forget that fr. That's what makes these little story charming, let’s see the good side haha

Yes, I wasn't planning on dropping yet it’s up to a concern, worry. I always give 7 to 10 episodes to a drama which i was planning to watch since. Then, the story look differently interesting although I want to watch for the romance above all. Same one reason i want to watch apart from liking xianxia genre is ZLH too. I’m pretty fine with JT acting after seeing her in WoL, LoZH, CoS and Rattan. Just wish to see live up to only ;)

In dashing youth, there is chemistry in the friendship, family, foe, disciple, shifu relationships etc. since it is not romance focus it is just on surface level not sparkly ones. But I think there is enough on the relationships for what the story wants to tell. To be fair also finding chemistry depends on each person when they watch. Agree about SOKP, without comparison i really enjoy the chemistry there too ✌️

Yes, but even when there is a sibling relationship, chemistry also exists lol. But they just seem too detached/disconnect kinda even with the bantering they tried to do tbh. Anyway, this is my first impression let’s see.

It doesn’t makes sense to wait for a 2ml to show up to see any chemistry. It’s about both actors good cooperation. To me, it's supposed to be seen on screen regardless of the relationship that needs to be shown. But again it’s just starting who knows

The story seems interesting tough, you have to follow with all the names and sects that have already been told lol.

Despite the leads interactions already in the firsts episodes. The chemistry is not there, I hope it will improve in the episodes to come but hey generally the spark is either seen or not.

It’s so good to being able to see a glimpse of TBOY's elders characters especially in their youth. I gotta love seeing Tang Lian's two future shifu ready to fight each other loll. Also i’m looking forward to seeing Xueyue City from this generation.
