Omg yeah fortunately actors are good but can’t save some script direction. "The ravages of time" is such an excellent donghua!! I would be mad if they do it this period 😞 Exactly, in donghua they really know how to not dwell on the pointless and nonsense also.
I really like how this drama is down to earth on many level. It was quite interesting episodes 6-7 about LT starting his new job, trying to find his place which is not easy to adapt with such a tough boss. On the other hand, with AZQ who tries to be there to comfort and support him although she has her own difficulty to find work. I don't even want to think about the future and I want just to vibe with them because they are such an heartwarming couple.

So I love how AZQ manage her brother giving cool big sister energy. I love this couple so much already. They have such a nice chemistry and easiness onscreen. No give and take relationship only on one side. They’re super involved in each other's lives and their understanding and communication would make you think of a couple who have been together for many years. They’re so refreshing in an natural and realistic way.

This drama only has 24 episodes unfortunately or fortunately. I can’t stand more Ning’er fr. She has too much useless screentime. I wish we see more DL or SYL instead ughh. They really know how to ruin an male centered plot sometimes with such undesirable girly. She’s literally an human spam. Now I wonder if this directing was also an budget question
