So I'm now reading that there will be 4 main couples - Singto (Fluk) & Kimhan (Earth), Tim (Boat) & Mhai (Art), Bear (Bew) & Bomb (Yut) and Bung (Leoji) & Phing (Kaprao). They will all have equal status and none will be relegated to just being a side couple. Hope they've got enough episodes to do each couple justice!
I can't believe Motive Village are still trying to keep this this soap opera alive. Apparently they are going ahead with 2Moons3 but are going to shift focus onto the side character of Suthee. It will be adapted from on the novel 'The Ambassador' also by Chiffon_cake.
I've seen both versions. The directors cut has more scenes of the two boys. Nothing overtly BL but quite bromancy in showing them getting closer with each other. There is a great scene of them sitting in the Siam Centre gradually opening up to each other where Mew implies he is gay to Tong without actually saying it and Tong responds that he understands. If I remember it correctly, he also puts his arms around Mew's shoulder and pulls them both together. I couldn't believe that scene wasn't in the original version after I saw it in the directors cut.
Looks like the start date has been cancelled. Statement from Nadao: "Due to the current context in Thailand, Nadao has decided to postpone the broadcast of 'I Told Sunset About You' in order to support the protesters. The new date will be communicated later."
Netflix have now bought the global rights to this so it should be available worldwide once their deal kicks in. I've liked Edward Chen ever since 'Red Balloon' so I'm really looking forward to seeing this even though I expect to cry. It looks sad! :(
I remember watching this reaction and have to admit to being a bit surprised by some of the comments they made.…
I appreciate that you have been very respectful in putting your POV across, and to be honest I don't really disagree with anything you say about copywrite strikes. It has become a bugbear to me in the way GMMTV do this whenever they want to silence somebody.
The point I was trying to make above is that I don't think Oxin Films have been guilty of that particular charge. The reactors themselves have not said they got blocked for copywrite infringement and the only comment I could find that might give any clue as to the actual reason is a mention of a 'content violation'. In YT terms that usually means a transgression of one or more of their community guidelines in regards to behaviour. There's a whole list of rules under that heading so it's hard to pinpoint what the actual reason might be.
For what it is worth, I still think (more like I'm guessing!) that it will have something to do with the hawkish nature of the video. It's YT who decide whether any of their rules have been broken, not the complainer, and they have the final say.
Anyway, I'll leave it there as I'm inadvertently turning into a YT corporate spokesman, when really I just want to relax and get back to watching my BL's in peace.

It was more about the general tone of the reaction. IMO the guys were making valid criticisms about things like pacing and poor editing and they squarely laid the blame at the feet of the director - fair enough, but as they got more passionate with their opinions they started to become louder and more bellicose in the way they expressed themselves. To me, it stopped sounding like constructive criticism and began sounding more like a disparaging rant. I think that once you've reached a point when you begin sentences along the lines of "I'm only saying this because I like the show, but..." and then go on to imply how useless and talentless you think the director is -numerous times, it starts to take on the same type of vibe as when you hear people say "I have nothing against gay people, but..."
I would also disagree with the assertion that this company is just trying to silence its critics. The show has been wildly criticised right from the start and to my knowledge this is the first reaction video that has been pulled. You don't have to look far on YT or elsewhere to find dismal reviews (especially for some of the early episodes). The only company I would agree who plays that little game is GMMTV who are notorious for invoking a copywrite claim whenever the want to block a video for some reason.
This show continues to disappoint. Although many have enjoyed this especially EP 8 (I personally have not seen…
I remember watching this reaction and have to admit to being a bit surprised by some of the comments they made. These reactors have been fairly supportive of the show in the past but in this video (which I actually expected them to be really positive about) they ended up being a little bit too disrespectful and rude (IMO). In general they were gunning for the director, which is fair enough, but maybe it would have been more wise for them to be less personal in the way they went about it. They did make some valid points though.
What's the name of the song that plays at the beginning of every episode? Anyone knows?
It's not on Wondery Pops official OST list as far as I can see, but if it helps you get the full version sung by the male cast in the middle of this BTS video: https://tv.line.me/embed/15155170
