Everything is good except...
The damn face close ups. It is akward and ruin the experience.Without it, the drama could have been better.
I am going to be honest, I was drawn to this dram because of Yang Cho Yue and after she died, I felt like quiting. The main leads are supportive to eachother. The drama killed off the two subordinates or guards of Duke Su which felt unnecessary but since the screenwriter could have rewritten it since many dramas do not follow the novel (It wouldn't impact the plot). Also the death of Jiang Li friend (maid) was sad and then the story proceeds to bring in a new maid (Xue XangFei friend). Like I get it is a plot device but come on the maid just died and got replaced so quickly.
