hello, sorry for replying on your comment so late didn't get the notifications on this app.
the series ended and yes i ended up really liking it.
i don't remember what we talked precisely but i do remember it was about the pacing.
i was just pointing out the fact i felt the beginning being too rushed and honestly and a bit chaotic with all the accidents all over and In fainting each moment.
you got stuck on pronouns then but honestly it was clearly my opinion and no hate to the actors no the series.
i still stand by my point that the beginning episodes could’ve been better paced and specially after reading the novel. i felt they could’ve kept the main events and relationship or should i say start of their story in a much slower and less chaotic pace.
sorry if i'm not able to explain better even tho i'm good at english doesn't mean i speak the best.
the series ended up really well anyways and made me love thapfah and In very much.
hope we'll get see much more of Sea and jimmy soon enough 🥰

honestly even tho the ep 5 is up it still doesn't have subtitles so i couldn't watch it and Tone does explain to her i think but i don't know if he said he killed him or not but well could not be him but i just felt it wasn't since they didn't show his face when he did if it was that obvious it wasn't something they had to hide and Cinema is like that small details sometimes hide big plot twists 🤔

honestly i'm going for the theory that he may have found out he was impotent and that's why even tho he care (thought so anyways till he slapped her) about Shen cause that look he got when he learned his sister in law was pregnant seemed off 🤔

i was SHOCKED after that ep 4 WHAT WAS THAT 😂 Shin flipped and ended up dead in one ep but honestly thinking it may not be Tone who killed cause they would've shown his face no need hide it, could be someone else 🤔

don't worry i'm actually very chill about it and i'm just responding to the way you said things 🤷‍♀️ it may be my way of taking it or your way of saying it cause you're clearly focusing on points that i said ignoring the other half making it as like i'm bad for thinking the show isn't great or as if i was insulting someone 😂 but the whole thing is the end an opinion if you wanted to disagree i would suggest focusing on more valid arguments than "It's okey of a pace" or "many like it" or focusing how i said "we".

first of all, when i say "we" It's in a figuratively way speaking i'm talking as an audience in general whatever the opinion is.

AGAIN, i was only expressing MY OWN opinion no need to pressure me to think or feel something else or Like "people" that are loving it cause if we're going to talk in that way there are many who think like me too maybe they said something and you didn't notice some avoided talking because people like YOU would start judging opinions 🤷‍♀️
Now i love the actors as many does so i'll continue watching them but unless it proves itself better along the way i'll still feel like it could’ve been better wathever it is at the start or the whole thing.

i mean i can get that as a reason but even then it's 10 eps not so diffrent from their other projects and it was better. like i said this one feels too rushed they aren't giving a proper introduction to the characters, events and accidents keep having but way too often, it could’ve been better if they focus more on the characters spending time together getting to know each other and forming a bond than just throwing random accidents and having Sea's characters fainting or coming in and out of the hospital every minute of the ep.
like i said rushed and even not well scripted

that's just my opinion and thought i got 🤷‍♀️ i'm not hating on anyone like i said i liked the idea and was quite excited for this project but it felt too rushed the story is almost not there and except from the good chemistry of the actors i couldn’t get attached to the characters unlike their previous projects and the story are going from one thing to one thing so fast it feels weird and overwhelming.

i hope you don’t see it in such a bad view. She’s not really in a blaming flight but more of stating fact. most of what she says is right although i do understand jayri fans' perspective of this whole thing and seeing him hurts make you protective of him but we're the same with keifer.
specially Book reader cause we know how much keifer means to jay jay and likewise.
Yuri is a loving person but i don't think his love is Jay jay. he's over loving that his love becomes overwhelming and obsessive which in this case unfortunately becomes a red flag.
keifer may have his wrongs and bad choices but his intentions and love for jay are so clear and in the books we know later on how much we had it all wrong on him.
love isn't always black or white and after watching so many romance i can see how different Keifer's love and Yuri's love are. and no matter how much i do like yuri and wish he could have had his chance with jay i know jay is better off with keifer and Just because Yuri is kind and loves jay doesn't mean she should end up with. it's about much more than that

look i get you and think the same as you but i do think we should let the viewers and non readers make their own decisions about characters without imposing our view. i mean it pains me so see how much hate keifer is getting when i know all this stuff about him but i always try to not argue with others about this. we can try explaining but saying we hate and speak about another characters with this much hate is a bit much. Cause even if i agree with you about keifer and how good he is to jay and likewise i still see good in Yuri no matter how bad his choices were.

i will speak here as a amnse books reader and as a jayfer fan. Even tho i do understand your point of view since well i have to say Yuri in the series adaptation is giving so much more emotions than Yuri in the book which is making me a bit confused and feeling like i want to him to be end game but knowing so much about what is coming i just can't over that keifer is the one for jay. i understand the feeling of having second lead syndrome and wanting him to be end game i feel like no matter how good he is for jay jay. the one who was there for her and helped her through hell and fire was keifer and that's why no matter how good yuri is to her she choose keif. it's an undeniable fact. and hopefully we'll get season 2 and 3 and we'll see how strong the connection between keifer and jay is and how good he is for her.

anyways to repond to your question. no even she did have a little crush on him when they first meet and became friends her feelings for keifer were domining, i'll even say i think she had a crush on yuri because she saw some similarities between him and Keifer at first.
so anyways by the time the engagement was announced she wasn't aware and was in complicated status with keifer so she was definitely was against but she had to go with it for the Sake of Angelo and her family who had company problems then and who yuri's grandpa offered the engagement deal to help them.

things will get more complicated along the way, many truths will come through and we will see in book 3 Keifer’s point of view through everything, he changes while he deals with many problems coming his way and they will be back to each others as their love grow stronger 🥰
tho the story still continue so they didn’t aren't together officially but the sweetness🥹🫠. the engagement do get cancelled tho
