The Kdrama kiss scenes can be really uncertain at times, I can only remember some good, the rest were bad or just mehh. I haven't seen enough tdramas to determine theirs, and as for jdramas, most to practically all i have seen don't have romance as the main genre or theme. Still, one of the best or the only good jdrama kiss scenes i've seen would have to be the one from Buzzer Beat.
