I understand that he has strong empathy for the kid and has good intentions, but when in the WC he telling the kid not to tell what really had happened later (supposedly in further interrogation), and then by the taxi telling the mother not to admit that she knew. Really ! They all discovered that She knew from the start and she let an innocent man take the blame for what her son accidentally did, and Gu still thought she was doing the right think covering up for her son in such a despicable way, because she is just a mother, like it’s understandable and fair and right that any mother would be allowed to do that.
