I don't think I've seen a stupider plot. All I could think of while watching the first 5-6 episodes is if she used as much brainpower on her revenge as to betraying her lovely sect(her revenge: go stupidly hot-headed in and loosing big time. While betraying her sect had strategy and miraculous potions that could keep even her Master asleep for hours. If she only had used that on her revenge... But maybe this counts as character development these days, LOL). Edit: Oh, wait, it's only 8 episodes long? Well, I couldn't watch it any longer.

lol, as usual as long as you're the FL you can write a few New Years Couplets as an F-ing exile and still bring home the dough. Yet, even their own blood-related family will not even open the door for them. Hah! I guess a lot of ppl wish their families misfortune.

I need to stop watching these types of dramas... geez... one would think these immortals who have lived for hundreds of years would've gained some wisdom, yet they continue to be as stupid as any ignorant villager from the past.. and what's the stupid plot with the ice prison? it was supposed to be safe, yet any random idiot can waltz in.. not to mention a nobody noob suddenly can break the protective barrier of a hundred year old master.. geez.. and the ML didn't visit her once in 3 years??? Sigh... why aren't there any good plots in this genre? :/

Meh... the plot was unrealistic and the characters were a joke. Kinda what you'd expect from a japanese drama, sigh.

Any love triangle? If so between who all?
I don't remember. But I think he likes another girl in the beginning and he meets several girls who falls for him. However, I don't remember the romance being annoying.

Just as A Virtual Voyage had subbed Season 1, we also plan to sub Season 2. In the meantime, you can find recaps…
Omg, awesome! Got to enjoy the first season thanks to you, so big big thanks!

Woah! Neither sad nor ambigous ending... they even provided a scene of how he survived and thus removed all other speculations... what's going on? lol

Kinda expected it though, seeing how the music required two players... but still.

Romance? I watch the first episode only. But I’m a girl that needs romance even if not the main plot.
Only to the point where each pair knows they like each other, but there's never really any scenes of them expressing their feelings, except a few jealousy acts.

Lol. Those dark sorceresses grow like weeds.

Ah. So at the end when Qingchen's other elder came over on a boat, she brought one of them from the other timeline, and they dispanded the Mages sect so that they could undo their regret and have a married lifetime?

Woah, a list I almost completely agree with :)

I haven't watched Sound of the desert. Love triangles, and second lead wins: breaking all my norms, heh. Edit: also as a siberian husky owner, I can't stand seeing them play as wolfs, it just looks silly to me. Like painting a horse to look like a Zebra, lol.

I'd add Princess Agents. I've read it's very successful outside china. The female lead is awesome. Love to watch more stuff where the female lead really kicks ass and can really fight.

I loved Goblin. While Bride turned into a meh. I think the problem was that all the second leads and side characters were either annoying or silly, but mostly annoying. I liked the half god in the first few episodes, but then he too turned annoying. Also I think the male lead was kindy sketchy, I mean he's supposed to be this god king, but all he does is parade around thinking he's all that, yet he lives like a bum and doesn't lift a finger. It was kinda funny in the first few episodes and made me think of Arakawa under the Bridge, but as the story goes on and things get more serious his character just doesn't fit.

meh... she quit. dissapointed. at least half the reason why i watched this was because i wanted her to reach the summit.

serious? 10 years?? I think that's a bit too long.. it's unneccessary and unbelievable.... lol
not really if you consider they're cultivators who can live for several hundereds of years. not too sure about the world in this show as I haven't read the books, but it's not unusual for cultivators in xianxia novels to be able to live for thousands of years if they reach high enough "level".

So, this has a happy ending, right? Please, let me know. I don't like watching stuff with tragic endings.
Yup, happy! :D

why did kim shin still suffer from the curse of immortality .....even after pulling out the sword??? doesn't…
as i understood it, when he died he chose to make a deal with god to become rain and snow rather than passing on, which also came with the loophole that she could wish him into being again.
