I lost interest in FL. At least Flower Knight is much better!
I don’t skip any K-dramas. Back in the day, I even watched 50–100 episode family dramas! I catch every ongoing one without missing a single ep. I also watch Chinese dramas, Thai dramas, Philippines drama, Turkish series, India series and anime whenever I’ve got the energy. I’ve lost count of how many K-dramas I’ve seen. Usually, I can tell if a drama’s good or not just from the first ep. Been watching since I could read as a kid, basically.

Nam Ji Hyun’s killing it with the script, and her characters are so fresh! This series have been almost a year in the making—shooting kept getting messed up by rain, and even two horses ran off 😂 But despite all the chaos, it’s looking amazing!
Agreed about 2ML, having gone through things isn't an excuse to be an awful person, I don't ship him with the…
Hong Eun Jo didn’t want to marry that 70-year-old old man. It wasn’t her choice — it was because Im Jae I’s brother threatened her, saying the house where her parents live actually belongs to them and could be taken back anytime. The old man collapsed and died on the wedding day itself, so Hong Eun Jo remained a maiden. Im Jae I’s father forced her to marry his father, but honestly, she was basically there just to take care of the old man, since Hong Eun Jo is a healer. Im Jae I’s father, acting personally, threatened the concubine and plotted to make the king sick. The king is already ill, and if Hong Eun Jo discovers his illness and cures him, her father could get his original position and status back in the palace. Yi Yeol isn’t the king’s son but his younger brother, so he’s actually free to marry whoever he wants — at least that’s the assumption. As for Jae I’s family, they could all be executed or exiled for plotting against the king. Jae I himself… surviving won’t be easy for him, considering his character.
Do you really think even the archery scene was easy? The first time Hong Eun Jo tried to save her brother from…
The baby’s mom was badly injured and begged her to protect the child. Hong Eun Jo hugged the baby and ran to safety—she didn’t even have a weapon to fight back. All she could think about was saving the baby’s life. Facing the soldiers’ arrows, as a mother she had only one choice: protect her child from death. She wasn’t doing it as Gil Dong, but as Hong Eun Jo, protecting the baby. And remember, even the Hong Gil Dong heroine in the 2008 drama sacrificed his life in the final battle.
Writer remembered FML as Gildong had quite the athletic prowess; made her shoot an arrow off just so ML could…
Do you really think even the archery scene was easy? The first time Hong Eun Jo tried to save her brother from Jae Il, she had to shoot an arrow and ended up hurting her hand while pulling the bowstring, so Jihyun actually got injured too. Even though Jihyun tried to hide it, Hong Min Gi (Jae Il) noticed and talked about Jihyun’s injury in the behind-the-scenes clips. And even for this archery scene, Hong Eun Jo had to practice separately with a Material art director supervising right next to her.
I’m dropping this, the fl is not as badass as a thought she’d be and the 2ml disgusts me to my core cz of…
Look, even if you don't watch it, plenty of others will. The rivalry between the male lead and second lead is a total K-drama staple. If you can't handle the plot, then just don't watch it. This isn't your typical rom-com where everyone ends up in a perfect pair
So this famous Gil Dong canNOT run away from a fire arrow... ??? gimme a break/ The script was DUMB. FL is written…
Y’all acting like she had time to be a warrior or something. IDC how strong or legendary Gil Dong is — in that moment Hong Eun Jo was in pure survival mode. Mother was told to run with the baby so the kid wouldn’t die, and that’s exactly what she did. Her brain wasn’t on fighting, it was on SAVE THE BABY. She was running with her back to the enemy, no sword, no weapon, nothing — not even a chance to pull the arrow out. Be serious. In a life-or-death situation, anyone can panic or blank out. This wasn’t weakness, this was straight-up mother instinct kicking in.

If you seriously think Flower Knight is better than My Beloved Thief, please do everyone a favor and rewatch it from episode 1. That drama wastes so much time on a “widow” hunter who doesn’t even know if her husband is dead or alive. The plot is painfully boring and dragged out for no reason. I only hate-watched it while it was ongoing because there was literally nothing else to watch. The moment her husband showed up again, I dropped it immediately — and I haven’t looked back since.😂
I actually think the ML and SFL have better chemistry than ML and FFL. Kinda want them to get together! The Sfl…
Kinda hilarious watching female lead haters scramble to give the second female lead some attention 😂 The male lead and second female lead barely even exist together—count all their scenes across 8 episodes and it still doesn’t hit 10. Saying the male lead has better chemistry with her than with the female lead? Yeah… that sounds like a straight-up joke. Meanwhile, the female lead is Nam Ji Hyun, aka the woman literally known as the “Chemistry Queen.”
In later eps male lead will not married with fl. Because sfl will married with male lead. That's, what I heard.…
Nam Ji Hyun is really good at choosing scripts, and none of the dramas she’s been in ever have a sad ending. In this drama’s ending, the second male lead’s father tries to assassinate the king, so their whole family could be executed for generations. Hong Eun Jo’s father gets his original position back, and Hong Eun Jo receives a royal pardon. The second female lead doesn’t end up marrying anyone because she’s searching for true love, not during Yi Yeol’s reign. As for the second male lead, it’s unclear whether he survives or not.

the account of the person who comment this, and there isn’t a single drama review on it. It’s literally just an account that was created last night. On X, no one has posted any “true story” about To My Beloved Thief either. This person is just a main female lead hater who’s trying to give attention to the second female lead. And why? Because there isn’t even a single fan out there writing reviews for the second female lead anyway. This account main female lead hater

This is pure fiction. The writer already made it clear it’s not a true story. The drama is literally based on Secret Garden. On X, people only post To My Beloved Thief clips and behind-the-scenes videos. No one — and I mean no one — has ever said it’s a true story. I’m on X all the time, constantly sharing and downloading To My Beloved Thief videos, so don’t try to make things up. Honestly, this is just embarrassing. You sound like a desperate second female lead fan trying way too hard to get attention for her. Your delusional fantasy is never going to happen.
I heard male lead will married with sfl later. That's make the drama more complicated
