I was Googling everything to try and tie that specific picture and the Queen of Tears drama together so that it's discussed within the same article but I couldn't find anything mentioning why it was in the show or any type of acknowledgment etc. There are lots of articles about Patti that use the picture, just none mentioning Queen of Tears. I personally like to wait for the whole show to drop before I start watching most of the K-Dramas simply because I like to binge watch at my pace rather than patiently wait for an episode to come out and I'm only on Episode 4 right now so I don't know if this pertains to the plotline of the show BUT I can't help to wonder why Hae In has that huge framed photo of Patti Boyd hanging in her bedroom?
If you don't know who she is, she was married to Beatle, George Harrison and later Eric Clapton. The moment they showed it I recognized her simply because I'm a huge Beatles fan (you should be able to tell from my moniker) but I wonder if this gets addressed in the show or did anyone else pick up on photo kind of just staring at us and wonder why they chose that person and that photo? 🤔
So far I saw him in Castaway Diva, See You in My 19th Life, Unlock My Boss, and Nevertheless. My next dramas of his that I want to watch are Sisyphus: the Myth, and The Witch's Diner... So far they are the only ones that I know for sure that I have access to watch because they are on Netflix orTubi etc... too bad a lot of kdramas are on Disney....
For me, this is easily one of the best Kdramas (historical or otherwise) that I've seen. I bet the entire ensemble had loads of fun filming it. Speaking of which It's funny but this usually seems to happen with me, I'll have every intention of watching a particular show but then I put it off because I think I probably won't like it and then when I finally do watch it, I kick myself for waiting so long 🤣
I can't believe people were making such a controversy about this show. I guess people just have to complain for the sake of complaining. I loved all the actors.....kudos to the writers for the hysterics!
