Bad girls are one of the worst clichés in the kdrama history. I agree with you on some points and in others I don't. I don't think they're necessary, they're just an easy escape for writers to create conflict. There are great dramas, such as Queen In Hyun's Man, Reply 1997 and King 2 Hearts (just to mention a few) that had a great plot progression without using a "bad girl" character. So, do we need them? NO! Same as with the pathetic guy friend! There are more original ways to develop the plot!
The only situation in which I can stand a bad girl is, like you said, when she starts growing as a person and transforms into a great person. Such is the case in dramas as Ojakgyo Brothers, Smile You and Material Queen. It was truly rewarding to be able to see the female leads grow and become awesome :D

yes, it is. I like the first season a lot more than the second because the second is too cliche for me. But I love all the cute moments between Domyouji and Makino.

no but the liver is the only organ on the human body that can regenerate itself, so it actually is relatively easy to fix.
And it wasn't bad, I just felt like it should've ended earlier

I hated the last few episodes!!! I even had to stop at episode 42 for a week because I couldn't take it anymore!
It should've ended in episode 39, in my opinion
