I guess it wouldn't hurt to read his opinion on it too lol. but I predict he'll be giving us the ideal situation. but like with all sorts of things, democracy, chemistry, or anything, the ideal doesn't exist <3 thanks for another quality addition to my reading list :D
ah yes I love this article. lacks a lot of insight on method acting but still incredibly relevant right now and the references are very important as well.
method acting on the whole gives me a very negative vibe. since most of the actors who do it either end up suffering themselves or hurting those around them. id rather they portray the character than become it (cos jared leto was really taking the joker way down with his role, inconveniencing and downright horrifying ppl at times....unlike margot Robbie who learned gymnastics and really spent loads of time on developing her character in her by doing stunts choosing outfits rather than becoming the character, she understood it.)
this made my cry a lil (T-T) yes to all of these and the baek siblings from cheese in the trap for The Oddball Siblings and and the cha siblings for One Big Happy Family Siblings
