I agree about the slow-burning! This comment has made this a must-watch drama for me. I absolutely love competent main characters, and slow-burning stories with lots and lots of burning is my absolute favourite. I'm always on the lookout for such recommendations!
Sigh. This is why I can't choose dramas based on the MDL rating. The rating of this seems ridiculously low. Put it another way, I thoroughly enjoyed this drama. More than many others with higher ratings. I loved that the main characters have their own goals and strive for them. I can't help but root for them to overcome the despicable obstacles in their path (the antagonists are truly loathe some)... I loved the slow burning romance built into this drama too. It keeps you hooked.
This was an incredible drama. So many fascinating character developments, I was mesmerized by the acting. I love a good slow burn and found the romance charming. There is something so genuine about the FL and ML's feelings, and I loved that the drama ends on a happy note. I want more people to watch this satisfying drama! <3
Honestly so confused reading comments that believe the romance is this drama non existent. This is my favourite type of romance, where you *feel* the reasons why they grow closer and love one another. So much is there, shown yet unsaid, and the emotions are palpable. To me, one of the best romance dramas out there. Love slow burning love like this. I'd be happy for more recs like this!
I feel like this show isn't getting enough love! It's really great so far, and the FL really grows on you, strong and capable and charming. Both MLs are wonderful, but Pei is a clear winner. <3
Okay, totally loving all of this so far. The chemistry is wonderful and varies from the playful cheeky Lu Li, to the quieter/serious Luo Ge... Honestly, I hope we get to see a badass version of Luo Ge later and have all the sides of the Moon God's personlities come together... I reckon it'll be explosive chemistry! Onwards!!!
