Where was the lack of consent?
You can say he was faking it for the sake of the task but I don't think it was non consent. In the beginning of ths episode it was clearly shown that bison was worried that it would be too much for kant but kant kept on insisting him to carry on.

He was really not helping in that scene, I mean I get they wanted to show the typical dynamics of a bl couple where the bottom is submissive but boy that kiss was terrible, like he did even try kissing back once
