Love this Series!
This series is so amazing on so many levels. The reincarnation of the two souls and how people in their lives in their own way see those same past-life souls in the characters are amazing. The acting is great and the chemistry that each couple and their friends have is great. To me, this was a great job of showing acting skills showing how a truly good actor can show emotion and different personalities in one person. This had all the beauty I love to see in a BL. I can't wait to see their friends get to tell their own stories. This was a beautiful story told by a great cast. I totally want more.Was this review helpful to you?
Love IT!
This series was so amazing and well put together. It has everything you wanted to see. The ending was so beautiful and the actors were amazing. Had me crying with all that went on. For a short 6 episodes, this told a great and powerful story of Love. my only complaint is I wish it was longer and had more character time to help develop more of the story. I love how everyone we meet always shows up in our lives again as something new. This series is a favorite and I will be watching over and other again.Was this review helpful to you?
Love this Series!
This series was amazing. I love how it gave you a little of everything. You have love, sex, intimacy, bondage, jealousy, growth of characters, lots of drama, etc. This hit everything I love to watch together in one. There were amazing characters that you loved and some you hated, with lots of surprises and lots of growth in the characters which I love to see. Love how the one-night stand turned into a treasure of love and support from the cast. the ending was the best. It kept me watching from beginning to end in one day. If you enjoy dominant vs passive then this is for you. The cast and pairings are great and the leads have great chemistry. This series is a big recommendation for me and hope to find more like this. Sadly overdone bad comedy
First let me start by saying this series is horrible over done acting from nut is bad. The acting is bad and story does not even match up or flow. I'd say after watching a few episodes its not great at all. It's over done and over dramatic story and character's are not likeable and not at all funny just tacky. It's toxic and offensive over all at times. Low acting and stereotype gay which is messed up in making fun of the gay community.Was this review helpful to you?
Disappointed
I have one word Bromance, hate it and doesn't work for a series that is supposes to be BL. Come on China get with the times. The storyline was good and the actors are very good at playing there parts, but the bromance does not in any way or form make up for BL. This did not work and i did not feel the chemistry the way i had with the manga. It was like friends not the flirty moments I had hoped for, not even a kiss. Very horrible for a remake, people need to stop lying to themselves saying this was good, if you want action and drama yes, but this is not BL and does not do the manga justice.Was this review helpful to you?
Interesting but lacking big time
Sadly was highly disappointed at the lack of chemistry and bromance. The mystery part is great, but the lack of screen time with the two of them is horrible. So disappointed but then again not surprised since its bromance and not BL the way it should be like the book. I have two say I have seen better bromance, don't know how anyone gave this 10 stars its a lie. The storyline can be interesting at times, but it does drag on for to long, the banter is fun and the cast of actors look spot on, but the lack of true bromance chemistry is horrible. The down part is this is suppose to be a BL like the book did amazing, but to take of the BL was horrible. The bromance is even more bare with little chemistry with the actors time together. The cases are fun for each episode, the music is lovely, but as for holding a candle to the book its horrible. Its just another sherlock type of story nothing even much on bromance it was more like friends which is boring. Very disappointed.Was this review helpful to you?
Its cute and fluffy
It is a cute series but lacked chemistry with the actors, I did not feel anything for anyone, I enjoyed a few of the friends, but sadly was not a fan of the series. The story felt rushed and did not really make any sense in showing the relationship growing. It all felt like things were missing. I felt it was more about the parents than the couple itself. I know it was part of the bigger series but it did not feel like there was a lot to connect to. It's cute and fluffy and light-hearted but lacks a good story and needed more chemistry with the actors.Was this review helpful to you?

I love the history series a lot, they are so great and amazing to watch, but this one fell short and major disappointment of all the history series.Let me start by saying there is no chemistry between these two characters that said relation. They looked better as brothers. It was very disturbing to watch them grow into a couple. Clearly, there is something wrong with the whole family. Ye Xing Si and Fu Yong Jie are NOT a good match at all. It was really sick to watch them. I am fine with the idea of step-brothers turning lovers and getting together, but this was not healthy at all. Fu Yong Jie clearly has a lot of anger, mental health, and has emotional issues. Clearly, he should not be in any relationship where he is steaking and obsessed over his brother, that is not love. The fact that he had to rape his brother because he did not feel secure about being honest with his brother is wrong and then to have a video and show your parents is plain nasty. He should have been taken to a mental hospital . The ending only made it worse with them getting together and the family being ok with it. This storyline was just WRONG in general.
Xiao Li Cheng and Teng Mu Ren pairing I loved the setup and the emotion and growth it had. they should of had the big grand magical ending that the other couple got. I love how you see them grow from where they started and build slowly on it to come together, each realizing their passion and love for one another after all those years. They were amazing and the chemistry was great.
The actors were amazing but the character of Fu Yong with his lack of emotion for his family and care for anyone for me was more like a villain than a love interest for the series. I could do without the office drama too, was not needed and over the top when there was a lot going n already. Secretaries also need to be fired clearly instead of being allowed to have office gossip and drama.

Fun light heart series
I enjoyed the series a lot. It's a nice change of pace from the normal schoolboy loves that we get a lot. I enjoy the beautiful cakes and pies. The chemistry was nice to see, and the cast was great. It was a great cast to bring together. I do wish it had been a bit longer to show the storyline and character development more. I hated the mother, she was so annoying. I loved the Grandma support she always gave. The store has a lot of potential and a nice flow with each character making mistakes, but owning up to them to fix them, wish they focused a bit more on the growth of the relationships at the end. Overall, I did enjoy the series and the wonderful sweet ride it took us on. I hope to see the cast together again. It was a joy to see. Love Ohm!Was this review helpful to you?
