This review is so to the point.. honestly, thank you! You saved me a lot of time. after about 5 episodes i put it on hold and then picked it up again a yesterday just to skip through each episode cause it just felt so loooong and uneventful.. it's a shame though cause it would've been a nice movie..

I agree, with you completely.. Dongmae was dying for so long, i think they should've just kept him alive at the end, make him escape and start his own gang.. But the ending was just merciless.. I wish Eugene didn't die like that at the end.. I felt like there were other ways to solve the problem Nonetheless it's such a great drama
I never watched the original so I can't compare. I think the main thing this drama was lacking was character development. The characters are so unstable, their personalities inconsistent. The only focus was on Yoo Chan's past and his company. As for the acting, I think that the problem stated above made it harder for actors to bring up their roles. I liked Kim Ye Won's acting the best.
