I don't see anything that's really bad in this series like some people are saying on here. I'm enjoying it, and…
I totally agree. I'm glad I watched the episodes that were out before going to the comments, or I may have been deterred. They're a bit brutal. I also left my comment on here to share that I don't think it's as bad as people say lol. New episode is out tomorrow and I'm excited~ happy watchingggg!!

Watched 4 episodes out of 20~

I don't know why everyone is getting bent out of shape, yall act like the other Historys were a work of cinematography genius. I enjoyed all of them, some more than others yes. I just don't know how you can talk about the series as a whole in absolutes when literally we aren't even half way through the story.

The main couple has literally only met each other in person for like 1 minute, and truly I think they already have really good chemistry, I have seen a lottttttttttt worse that are in a lot more popular of shows.

I think Hai Yi is also really interesting, he is exactly the type of person I think of when I think of a rich person from Asian decent in the US. Yes in a stereotypical sense, but they are portraying his brash personality well. I'm excited to see his character growth. Also I love his teeth, but that's neither here nor there lolll.

I also love Che Ni, I think so far, he plays the emotions of this character really well. He is a light hearted character at this point, and like Hai Yi, I am very excited to see his character growth. I have a feeling this storyline can get real sad reallllll quick. BUT for now, its light and humorous, and I don't see anything wrong with that, especially at the beginning. Not everything has to be "Make our days count", but its obvious even from these episodes that most of the main characters have a darker past. I think this story line has mannnnnyyyy options to be an emotional roller coaster if they choose. I'm excited to see which route they take and too see more of the chemistry of the mains leads.

Critiques: so yall don't think I'm just a HIStory simp.
I think if they were facetiming, it would not have hurt the story to keep it strictly on the phones. A couple times I got confused if they were actually in person together. Since they were touching and stuff like that. Thankfully that's over now because Hai Yi is out of quarantine. But, I think their first in person meet would have been impactful if they didn't "pretend" the actors were together in person.

I also don't think the plot is slow, people saying that confuses me...A LOT of things have happened up to episode 4 (boy literally time traveled lol) that I think should have been drawn out a little more. I can only assume they mean the relationship of the leads build up is slower.

For now, I really like it, the main leads story, to me, is interesting with their personalities and dynamics. The side couple, 2nd leads? (im confused about it) Meh...very typical I feel. And office, boss / subordinate storylines always stress me out cause I know shits gonna hit the fan at some point lol.

Conclusion: Watch it~ why not.

PS: we need to burn that wig, like yesterday.

Yea I need a clarification on their ages. My best guess tho is that Noey and his friends got held back a few grades…
how did my silly brain not think about this being a novel first, that would have been the easiest way to get this answer huh loll. I didn't see anyone talking about it, so I thought maybe it was a rare one that wasn't based on a novel. Thank you for the info!!~

Okay same and I just went down a Thai educational system rabbit hole lolll. Apparently M4-6 are not mandatory. If you don't want to go to college or whatever that is (it seems).

Especially with how Noey is shown at the beginning of the show, it doesn't seem as if he showed up much and didn't care, perhaps most likely in the mindset that he wouldn't need or want to do higher education. I couldn't find anything about being held back (if it exist in the Thai school system) but I also assumed that. If anything, only because Noeys friends (and Noey but mostly his friends) look A LOT older than everyone else, and I think its on purpose. Obviously grown men, tattoos, piercings. This could be attributed to their "gang" because tattoos and things of that nature would definitely be done even if you were under age. BUT they show us a lot of other students, that look ALOT younger, like Thiws brother. Small and obviously appearing his age. I feel like this may have been on purpose to show the juxtaposition.

I don't know what I'm saying anymore but long story short.

I think Noey (and all his friends / gang) are older than their current grade.

I think we'll maybe find out in the next episode. Or this show is weird enough that it may never tell us. But Pphayu (i dunno how to spell his name) asks how old he is. It doesnt seem like Noey will answer but mayyybeeee it will prompt a conversation between Thiw and Noey (although in reality Thwi probably already knows his age in this universe)
