In the end... everything looped back. Nothing really changed after all. The YKC from Leap Day is from Timeline A after LNC sacrificed herself and was erased from existence I guess. His actions saved Yeesa which allowed her to travel to Timeline B to allow the events which created the Timeline A YKC and also Timeline B itself to occur.

Mind boggling...
