OK, have completed watching episode 2. OMG, so the mom decided to burn Gyeong Ho's house so not only he is killed, but his parents as well??? But then why Gyeong Ho appears again in the next episode 3 preview? Another flashback, or he comes back to life?
This drama really piques my interest. Looking forward to episode 3!
Why did Sun Hui tell her Mom that she killed Gyeong Ho when it was clear that Gyeong Ho was killed by Su Yeon after he tried to protect Sun Hui from getting killed by Su Yeon?
And I am continuing to watch episode 2 now. Everyone can see that Su Yeon is unstable, I don't understand why Seon Hui is still willing to try to be friends with her. Is she feeling guilty because of the fire incident in the past? It's not even her fault.
Started to watch this drama because of Shim Ji-yoo, she's one of my favourite actresses. I have been loving her since she portrayed No Hanna in 7 Escape -- and I can see that her acting in this drama doesn't disappoint.
I'm at the start of episode 2 now. I am wondering if Jiyu (as well as Choi Yebin who portrayed the older version of the character) had to cut their hair for the burned head injury?
Why Sun-young had to mail Uri's DNA samples? Why can't Mari to come to the Courtyard House herself to collect the samples personally? She has been visiting them quite often in the past couple of episodes, another visit just to collect the samples personally won't hurt...

This is the reason why I never like SY character. She always make wrong decisions without consulting her kids. This include:
- Her decision to keep it a secret after finding out that SJ is her daughter; it was proven to backfire. - Her decision to dissolve WR's adoption without consulting him first; fortunately her son was OK although a bit shocked; and - Her decision to take WR's DNA samples without consulting him <-- this is unacceptable IMHO since her son is an adult now.
I would like to share this thought which just crossed my mind. Initially, without insight into why MR was so hostile…
MR doesn't know that JT spotted HW 25 years ago but decided not to take him. She only knew that JT lost him 30 years ago, and she blamed JT much about it. That was the reason why their marriage was strained in the past 30 years.
If MR knew that JT found HW 25 years ago but decided to abandon him, she might have kicked JT out long time ago.
Am I the only one who doesn't like Uri and Suji getting back together? After how Uri has been treated by Suji all this while? Suji doesn't deserve him, really. He's too kind for her.
I wish they continue to be siblings so Suji can feel the suffering of not having Uri by his side and only as his elder brother. She has been taking him for granted.
During the scene where ML was teasing the FL about her drawing and Eunjung almost fell…… that looked like…
Yeah I was surprised to see that scene as well, I think you are right. It looks natural and not part of the script (is it called "ad-lib"?). Wondering why the director decided to include it in and didn't cut the scene. It's cute though.
