the pace of ep10 is super fast, i agree. i guess they want to wrap the conclusion of the "dahae staged the car accident and faked her death" within the same episode.

it's true! and this brings back the fact that before dahae came into the family, ina was literally being neglected by ALL members of the family. poor little girl.

if it were to be a 16 ep drama, they can put more screentime on the side characters, like the teenager romance and triangle (which many are looking forward to, it seem), also background story of the side characters, like grace, the uncle (samchon), gwiju's dad, etc.

ep 9 is ok. ep 10 is a bit rushed.

so if you think ep 9 pacing is a little fast, you will find ep 10 very rushed.

I love Dahae as well, but I still find her decision to stage the car accident and pretending to die is very cruel (to Gwiju, to Ina and to herself) and unacceptable.

I think Park So Yi's role in this drama should be the "Main Role" instead of the "Support Role". She is one of the key characters that drives the plot for the drama (together with the ML and FL) and has more screen time compared to other Support Roles, especially in the last 2 episodes (9 and 10).

I knew that Suji would tell Uri that what she said to HS (that she liked Uri) was just to drive him away. Although I am sure Suji already started to have feelings for Uri as well by then, even though she didn't want to admit it. :)

It's interesting to see Sun Young and Yunja meet. I hope the revelation that Suji is Sun Young's biological daughter will be soon (hopefully this week).

It's a pity that the child actress Yoon Chae-na's character is not too significant in this drama. She was very good and lovely as Mirinae in "The Love in Your Eyes" and she even won the best child actress award in KBS about 2 years ago for her portrayal as Mirinae in the drama.

I guess it's because the Ara character is really just a side character and not in the centre of the drama plot, unlike the Mirinae character.

Episode 10 starts to give some plot holes after 9 perfect earlier episodes. How can people not notice that they staged the car accident? No CCTVs around? How can the police not detect anything during their investigation?

Episode 9: Ina is the star of the episode. Her scene with her father is outstanding, I can't stop my tears from falling. Park So-yi deserves all the awards -- give her the Best New Actress Baeksang next year!

From what I understand based on speculations by the commenters here, Uri might be Mari's biological son.

I supported that theory -- I even think that Uri could be Jintae and Mari's biological son, whom they lost due to Jintae's "carelessness" (not quite sure what kind of carelessness is this), based on Jintae and Mari's discussion on ep47. This "carelessness" is the reason why Mari punished Jintae and made his life miserable for the past 30 years, and also the reason why she doesn't want to accept the divorce so she can continue "punishing" him.
