Boss is a pushover and clearly has low EQ!

This highlights the relationship between a employee and employer which what Momo said!

Employers who loves his employee romantically tends to push over boundaries and basically becomes a pushover in the end an employee can't say no because of hierarchy!

Heng tends to get uncomfy with his boss when the topic switches to romance, clearly he doesn't see boss in a romantic way. Sooner or later he must tell what he feel regardless of him being his boss, because boss is giving major redflag.
