They have introduced a lot of new characters in comparison so I'm betting they won't go completely that route, even if they will then I feel the depth they're already providing to the story won't be indigestible.

Wow can't believe its already ending! Theres so many side characters and storylines, I wish they could have dived into them deeper! 16 eps is no justice :(
