I've been trying to decide if I wanted to watch season 1 but after reading all the comments on season 2 I think it's a pass for me. From what I understand Teh was an asshole to Aew for a lot of season 1 while trying to figure out his sexuality. Then you come to season 2 and he cheats on him and they break up before getting back together. It sounds like a lot of angst and toxicity. I prefer healthy relationships or at least ones where the conflicts get dealt with in a good way and don't drag on. Thank you for give your honest opinion because I agree that if all that happened then Aew deserves better and Teh needs to get away from him.

That happened with Cutie Pie and a few other shows. For some reason, people keep uploading cut versions. I'll watch it on YT since that has the uncut ones.

So I was going to watch this and the page said Channel 3 was where to go but when I did there are no English subs. Where am I suppose to watch it with English subs?

If you want to turn this from a 6-7 watch into a solid 8.5 then skip all the scenes EXCEPT Tin/Can and things related to Tul. It streamlines the story and makes it so much better. Plan still can't kiss to save his life but near the end of the series, there is two actually good kisses between Mean/Plan. Plan as an actor is a much better actor for comedy or even sad scenes (he kills it in the crying scenes with all the emotion he brings forth after feeling he let everyone down) but he lacks that something that is needed for real romantic scenes including intimate scenes. What he lacks for in that department he makes up for with a very straightforward approach to sex in the series. He's honest about what he wants and that frankness is what makes the scenes work when the lack of good kissing would normally make it boring to watch. I decided to rewatch but skip nearly everything about Ae/Pete as well as the other side couples. It made it a lot more fun and enjoyable to watch.

Because for the first 7 episodes we get a solid story and then we hit around episode 8 and it turns into non-stop angst and the messy time skips that throw everything off. I can deal with some sadness as a story progresses but I need it broken up at times so I don't spend hours feeling horrible. I also need happy endings and instead the ending although mostly good is also incredibly bittersweet in some ways. I honestly really disliked the direction of having Torn be severely injured like that. Having them separated like they were, how Fah was off practicing and lying about how it was what they all had to do as newbies when it wasn't. He wasn't there for his boyfriend during the worst thing he'd ever gone through in his life. Torn didn't know if he'd ever fully recover and instead of being a good boyfriend, Fah spent so much time away that Torn felt unloved and uncared for. Then the whole Torn becomes an asshole and treats everyone like crap and no one on the team nor the coach trying to help him or check on him. The last episode still had a couple that hadn't made it to being a couple even after everything. Then you have all of the graduates sitting around talking about their futures and it was made to seem like they will all rarely see each other. I binged the entire thing through the night and by the end, I just felt emotionally worn out. I feel way sadder than I should for something that is supposed to end happily.

I saw that and came here to double check because I was sure it wasn't a BL. Someone should contact IQ and let them know that they need to remove it from the Pride Collection.

The first episode was a bit dragging but after that, it picked up. My only real complaint is that we didn't get a proper kiss from Athit and Sun. Other than the peck that was an accident all we get are sniff kisses and later a cheek kiss at the end. Would it have killed the director to put a direct lips-on-lips kiss, even a closed-mouth one? Boun and Prem have amazing chemistry everyone knows it and it felt like it was building to something and then we got nothing. This needed to be at least two episodes longer and show their relationship more even if it was just some fluff and figuring out how Sun would fit into a role on the island. I like it enough that I may re-watch it at some point but I want to see a good romance between Boun and Prem at some point. They are amazing actors with excellent chemistry and that should be showcased.

I swear he gets better with every role he takes on. His acting just endears him more and more. I want to read his novel too but no idea where to find it in English since I'm guessing it's wrote in Thai. Feel free to drop me a link if anyone ever finds an English version.

Same universe. At the end of TharnType you see Tin and one of the other characters stop to talk to Tharn and Type. Type is in Love by Chance but played by a different actor same with Techno and his brother as well as Chance. Don't Say No is also in the same universe and the characters in that one get introduced in TharnType season 2. There is probably a list somewhere that tells you what order everything happens in. The date they aired isn't the chronological order of the story since by story TharnType happens before LBC but LBC aired before TT.

So my review isn't as harsh as some of the others I'd like to think. I thought I'd hate the ret-con on Can and Tin's relationship but the way it was done made sense. I definitely could have used way less of Ae because without Pete it just felt like it dragged on his parts. I did like how Techno held Kengla accountable for what he did. Everyone made it seem like he immediately started dating him but he didn't. He made it clear he was angry and really emphasized about the lying and the assault without calling it assault. I think a lot of people have read the novels (I haven't other than two chapters that were translated relating to Can and Tin) and they put that on the character in the series. I don't do that. The character in the series shouldn't be held to the things that were done in the novel. Kengla is still a piece of crap for all of the lying, manipulating, and the sexual assault of course. I think it's up to Techno how he wants to handle it. He seemed more focused on the being lied to and the fact that Kengla is so young than the actual assault. I was really sad for Tum and Tar as they have gone through so much. I thought they had come to an understanding at the end of season 1 but of course season 2 went and blew that up. I'm not mad with them not giving them a proper relationship but I do think that Tum to go from swearing never ending love to being completely ready and accepting of moving on is strange since there was no real lead up or exchanges between the step-brothers to indicate they were moving in that direction. It just felt like a sad moment instead of a cathartic one. Tul and Hin's relationship is adorable and they really should have included more foreshadowing for it. I absolutely think Tul's son is growing up to be a spoiled rotten brat though. No one disciplines that kid and lets him act and say whatever he wants other than an occasional "that's not very nice" moment. I do agree with everyone that Plan's kissing is just horrid. Mean is suppose to be the ice prince and yet he shows more emotion during all the romantic, sexual, and intense scenes than Plan did. Plan is a good actor for things that require him to be hyper or friendly but the moment it changes into something else he becomes blank. I did love how forward and matter of fact Can was about sex though. That made me give the drama an extra half a star to bump it to 7.5. This could have been a great season with a handful of changes and an acting coach to get Plan to stop seeming so wooden during the kissing scenes. The best kiss hands down was Tul and Hin. Those two actors delivered and it was romantic and sexy.

Everyone praised this as such a cute and sweet drama. Liars. The only cute and sweet was the main couple Ae and Pete. I'm so incredibly angry at the Can x Tin couple. Mostly Can. He was going on dates and kissing Tin. He knew Tin liked him and he even encouraged him when he asked him to kiss him more. Then he gets jealous, tells Tin he's jealous, even makes it pretty clear he likes him but won't date him. We are down to the last little bit of the last episode and they completely destroy the couple. I know they are suppose to end up together in season 2 but I've read so many comments saying that season is a train wreck plus they ret-con Tin and Can's meeting and basically get rid of everything they went through in season 1. Then there is the whole Tum and Tar thing. I watched TharnType before I watched Love By Chance. I thought for sure that Tar would finally be honest with Tum and Tar would confess his feelings. I actually hate that I was correct purely because of how the writers set it up. Out of three couples we get one couple that is actually happy, one that isn't a couple but is at least understanding each other, and one completely destroyed relationship. Also the beach trip didn't need to be shown as I much rather have seen the trip that Ae and Pete talked about taking together just the two of them instead. I know this is long but I needed to rant because it's nearly 6am and I feel like I wasted part of my night on something that was suppose to be great and instead is just barely passable.

I'd like a remake that more closely follows the manga. I've read the manga all the way through so many times over the years.

KissAsian has it but it has the version with the really horrible subs. Three of the really good ENG subbed episodes are still on youtube but the other episodes have been removed. I've been looking everywhere for the other episodes but haven't been able to find them with good translations. Maybe someone will eventually reupload or redo the translations on the ones that are already uploaded.

If he had an overbite then dentistry work could definitely make a difference in the jut of the chin and jaw line. When my cousin had her braces to correct her overbite and straighten her teeth it made a difference. She has a smaller round face so it was noticeable that her chin peaks out a bit more and the edge of her jaw is more defined even though she's female. He could also just have had work done or an implant but no way to really know. He's cute regardless.

So I'm on episode 6 and I'm frustrated. I see a lot of people complaining about Pi and how he didn't do anything for Mork but Mork did so much for him. So far Mork has pushed his feelings onto Pi non-stop. He doesn't back off and he constantly manipulates situations. Pi is a bit of a jerk but from his point of view he likes someone and every time he tries to do something about it Mork is there pushing his feelings onto him. I'd be pissed off myself if it was me. I do think Pi needs to be more aware and realize that just because you like someone doesn't mean they like you back. Mork needs to learn that too. If he had tried a different approach he would have been able to start as friends with Pi first and their relationship would have developed in a better way. I'm going to finish the series and I'm sure by the end I'll enjoy it but right now I really wanna smack Mork and Pi and tell them to straighten themselves out. As for Pi's brother his constant lying and stealing and total disregard for others feelings just makes me hate his character.
