why does it feel like I’m watching at 2x speed? is it just the type of camera/camera work?
The experience varies based on the streaming service you are using. I believe you are streaming on Netflix, and you have either a standard or premium subscription, both of which offer enhanced HD quality. While the speed may not be particularly quick, it creates the impression of smoother camera movements.
At its launch, Tencent offered four types of streaming options: 1080p, HD, full HD, and 4K (if I remember correctly). If you use iQIYI, you'll enjoy the best sound because they utilize DOLBY surround sound.
Congratulations to the TV series #ShineOnMe, featuring #SongWeiLong and #ZhaoJinmai, for being honored "Drama Of The Year" in the annual recommendation list of the "Heguang·Audio-Visual Glory Night"!
At the Beijing Audiovisual Spring Fair, #SongWeilong and #ZhaoJinmai's #ShineOnMe was highlighted in the urban drama category. As per CVB data, the show garnered a premiere viewership of 110 million, securing the top position among trending TV dramas on Tencent Video.
Song Weilong received a nomination for Best Actor at the Korean International Streaming Festival. He is the sole male actor from mainland China nominated this year for his performance as Lin Yusen in Shine On Me. Additionally, he is the first actor born in 1995 from mainland China to be nominated for Best Actor, making him likely the youngest nominee. Congratulations!
Recent reports indicate that nearly 80% of the scripts have been presented to him. (This is why many rumored dramas are associating his name lately.) Producers are eager to work with him due to his strong reputation, humble demeanor, and appealing market presence. Therefore, as long as he accepts the script, the production team is prepared to wait for him to free up his schedule.
I think it's confirmed. It's been heavily discussed since the initial announcement and continues today. It's been trending for over 24 hours, and there's been no refutation from the studio. Furthermore, this is a major IP (super BIG) with over 11.3 billion views, and "Jiang Ren" is the most popular character in the renowned Jinjiang Literature City novel, surpassing even "Sang Yan," "Duan Jiaxu," and "Zhou Jingze."
